Me and my sister and her family were down in Arizona moving our daughters into college at GCU. This house was perfect for all of us. The house was very clean. The kitchen came with pretty much everything we needed for cooking meals for the 10 days that we were there. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We absolutely loved the backyard space. The pool was everyone’s favorite place to be. We loved the basketball hoop at one end of the pool where we played many games of Around the World and HORSE! The waterfall feature was an added bonus. There was a 3 hole putting green that was nice too! And there was plenty of covered outdoor seating to relax with overhead ceiling fans to give you a cool breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property, and it was just as wonderful as it was the first time. We are a family of 5 with a toddler. The house is well stocked with everything that you could need and the outdoor space is even better. The house is very clean and well stocked. The pool and the spa are such a great addition. The pool does have a fence around it which is a plus for us since we have a toddler and is one of the reasons why I booked this house. The host is very responsive If you have any questions during your stay. The master bedroom mattress is still one of the most comfortable mattress’s I have ever slept on and I wish I could bring it home with me. We were in town for a baseball tournament and I loved how close this house was to the Peoria sports complex not even a 5 minute drive. It’s such a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bernadine’s house. The hot tub and pool were great for us and our grandkids/guests and we all enjoyed the putting/chipping area. The location in Peoria was close to baseball, multiple restaurants and shopping. We especially liked being close to Costco and grocery stores. Recommendations by Bernadine were perfect for our needs and she was always quick to respond to our questions. We’ve already planned on returning next year.
