The amenities were wonderful. Well stocked kitchen and baths. Location was excellent. Only negative comment would be lighting on the patio. Could not see when trying to grill outside on the gas grill. But otherwise, a great rental house.

Beautiful home with all of the amenities.

Our stay of six adults was memorable. The house was clean and comfortable with more to do to entertain us than we had time to enjoy. The kitchen was large and well appointed and a definite gathering spot. The management team was responsive, within seconds, to our single request. We would definitely recommend booking this house and this management team.

50th Wedding Anniversary family trip

The house was beautiful, plentiful rooms and baths for our group of 10. Many indoor spaces to congregate as well as a fabulous pool and outdoor area. Games for all ages too. Well appointed kitchen. Couldn’t have been happier and my family loved it. We would return.

It’s a beautiful home, in a great location and was very clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect and C.J. and Jamie were incredible hosts. We had a minor problem with the hot tub and it was fixed asap. We will absolutely book this home again if we are ever in Phoenix. Thank you so much for such a great stay.

Perfect Stay

This house was immaculate clean, all the beds and couches were very comfortable, and is a lot bigger than the pictures make it seem. C.J. was very nice and was very helpful explaining how things work; made us feel like we were at home. The Pool and Jacuzzi made it fun for the kids and with the waterfall feature, made it nice and relaxing for the adults. We were outside most of the time (July) but were barely affected by the heat. The temperature was a high of 107 but the way that this house is built, the back patio/pergola blocked the wind and made it really comfortable. Thank you Pinnacle Hills for a Perfect Stay, I will defiantly stay here again.

Spacious, immaculate, wee-equipped home perfect for a large group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay included a group of 10 celebrating a milestone birthday. We were pleasantly surprised that the home was much larger in person both inside and out. We found everything we needed to prepare meals even for the large group. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to Walgreens for those few forgotten items. We walked to the McDowell Nature Preserve for hiking each day as a trailhead was just under a mile away. This was awesome hiking! Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Troon Highland is a Highlight!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Troon Highlands was everything we hoped for and more! Our four adult children and their spouses flew in for a long Thanksgiving weekend and this home provided amazing amenities that everyone could enjoy. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which was so nice. The entire house was immaculate when we arrived and just as beautiful as the pictures in the listing show. The living space, both inside and out, has ample room for everyone. We loved the large kitchen and everyone easily worked around each other during meal prep. The pool and hot-tub was a daily highlight having traveled from a much colder Michigan climate. :) We read books, watched College football, hiked, and gamed for most of the weekend...pool,, ping-pong, corn-hole, and so many board/card games. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to relax and connect as a family. We hope to return with friends and enjoy the amazing golf courses in the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came from CA to visit my kiddo in AZ and wanted a nice relaxing place to stay. All I can say is CJ’s place was out of this world. Every room was immaculate and the space itself was incredibly calming and relaxing. We spent a ton of time in the pool and backyard even though it was 105 degrees! CJ was very responsive and even took the time to come by and drop of a speaker for us. If I could give this home 6 stars I would!
