The Space:

You hear the gentle splash of the heated pool, inviting you to linger while the quiet of the residential neighborhood wraps around you like a calm breeze. Inside, the open living area welcomes you with a smart TV and cool, comfortable air, ready for evenings of movies or quiet conversation.



Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms and a dedicated getting‑ready area provide ample space for your group. The home sleeps 11 with five beds across the rooms, and two full baths ensure everyone can unwind without crowding. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are supplied, and a washer and dryer in the unit add convenience for longer visits.



Indoor living

The living room centers around a smart TV and comfortable seating, perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. A playful theme room features life‑size games that add a lighthearted touch. Central air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round, while Wi‑Fi and an ethernet connection support both relaxation and work needs.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances—including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics—lets you prepare meals with ease. A Keurig coffee maker offers quick mornings, and the dining table provides space for shared meals before heading out to Old Town Scottsdale.



Outdoor living

Step into the fenced backyard where a heated pool, available year‑round, glistens under the desert sky. Pool toys invite playful splashes, while life‑size dinosaurs, ping‑pong, life‑size Connect 4, and cornhole keep the fun flowing. A fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining area create a perfect setting for evening meals, and sun loungers and outdoor furniture offer spots to soak up the cooler desert evenings.

Free on‑site parking and additional street parking make it easy to explore the city at your own pace.

Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (1) car may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $40 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.
