Amazing view from almost any area of the house. This 3 bed. 2.5 bath is spacious, fully remodeled. All bedrooms upstairs. Main bedroom with en suite and private balcony. Two other bedrooms with their own sliders out to the balcony overlooking the backyard oasis and beautiful desert with many Saguaro cactuses and a view of the fountain and breathtaking mountains. A couple miles East of Scottsdale, 30 minutes from Phoenix. Less than a mile to downtown Fountain Hills, close to great restaurants, award winning golf courses, lakes, mountains, hiking, side by side trails and much more.
The fully fenced outdoor entertainment area including fire pit and outdoor cooking space, pool with infinity-negative edge and Baja shelf and spa are complete. The heated pool/spa will an additional $100 per night (estimated our cost) to heat to +\-84 degrees. Spa heat only $50/night. Must give at least 48-72 hour notice before wanting the pool heated. No additional charge to enjoy the pool/spa naturally heated by the sun. This home is located in a quiet community with a million dollar view. You will have the whole house to relax in. It’s like your own little resort. Close to almost everything imaginable. Fully stocked kitchen or visit any of the highly recommended restaurants near by. You are near golfing (3 courses within 1 to 5 miles), hiking, sporting events, concerts (most within 30 minutes)and many, many other activities or events. Leaving you wanting to come back Year after Year! Required verbage: License number 1445575. The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
