Great home and location

We stayed for our Sons graduation and the house was perfect- like the other reviews say the beds were so comfortable, kitchen was stocked- pool was great- location was great would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay

This stay is located in a nice area and neighborhood. The house it spacious and has plenty of storage for all your needs. There is plenty of extra blankets and towels. The pool is stocked with toys and pool towels as well and there are plenty of place to lounge out by the pool. The side yard with golf and badminton is perfect for the kiddos. Great place that is close to many options. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Great property for multiple couples

Our group has gone to Spring Training for over twenty-five years. This is clearly one of the best homes we have stayed in. Clean, well-stocked and perfectly located. Property manager was helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this house.

Awesome home!

This place was awesome and we would love to come back in the future. We had 7 adults and an 18 month old and everyone was super happy. There's tons of activities for all ages, it's big, clean, in a nice neighborhood, and close to major shopping centers. You will not be disappointed choosing this place to stay.

Great For Family Vacation

The house worked out great. We enjoyed the variety of both indoor and outdoor games. The fire pit was also a big hit with our family of adults. The location worked for us fine. While there was not much within walking distance, most things (stores, dining, golf) were a short drive away. We would recommend this property and would stay there again should we return to Scottsdale.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Arizona. Everything was set up right from the start and check in was very smooth. We had requested some additional items (toddler playpen, pool heating) and everything was set up as requested. The house is beautiful and even better than expected. The pictures offer a very good picture of what to expect. But we were very surprised at how well equipped it was. We used the kitchen extensively and all kitchen tools and spices were available. The entire family was able to spread out and have their own space. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend this property.

Perfect House in a Great Location

We rented this property for spring break along with another family and it was the perfect size. There were 4 adults and 4 teenagers and with 3 masters, a double bedroom, and a bunk room there was more than enough space. The house is extremely well appointed, especially the kitchen with all high-end appliances, plenty of space, and everything you need to cook as if you were home. Our favorite part was the large accordion door that completely brought the beautiful outside pool area into the house. Loved the golf putting area and other game areas outside. The pool heater shut down on the second to last day. The Evolve team couldn't get the pool guy out until Friday but our concierge literally brought her husband out on Thursday night to see if they could fix it. Even though they couldn't the fact that they came out was over and above. Pool guy easily got it up and running at about noon on Friday and we had a blast using it the entire last full day of our trip. Can't really say enough good things. Would definitely rent again.

Baseball Moms Weekend

This Desert Dream Home definitly lived up to its name. Spacious and well-appointed, it provided both indoor and expansive outdoor living. This home is in an excellent location--close to the airport, Old Town Scottsdale, McDowell Preserve, as well as local shops for groceries, bike rentals, etc. Our group especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen items and upscale appliances as well as the plush towels and toiletries. Yet, there is room for improvement. The cable package was below standard as our baseball group was unable to watch the MLB playoff games on a common cable station. Additional attention needs to be given to routine maintenance. Several recessed lights were flickering, no lighter or matches were provided to light the candles outside, and the batteries of an outdoor lantern were so corroded it rendered the lantern ineffective. These small issues are easily remedied. Whether traveling with a family or a group, this home will provide a fabulous and comfortable environment for a Scottsdale vacation.

Great Home!

We were three families with 2 small kids and the house worked out great. The separation of rooms was appreciated by those without kids. A few things that were minor and didn't take away from our visit. We paid to have the pool heated, while the app the local contact used showed 85 degrees there was no way it was that warm. We were there during New Years and cold weather so I'm sure it was using a great deal of energy to get it as warm as it was. We figured it wasn't any warmer than 60-65. Most of us could only stand to be in the pool about 15-20 minutes. More of a disappointment for the kids than for us adults. The other minor thing was the high chair provided wasn't cleaned after the last use and was a bit of a downer to have to clean and disinfect prior to use. As mentioned none of those things took away from the good time we had in the house, from playing ping pong, cards, putt putt, cornhole, watching football, walks to see all the Christmas lights. We would stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful home!

Our family (4 adults and a toddler) from Canada, stayed at this gorgeous home for 2 weeks (there's plenty of room and beds for a much larger group also). It was super clean, completely stocked with everything, very very comfortable, and fun extras such as the poker room and pool and ping pong table. Outside is just as impressive. The yard had fun activities, plenty of different places to hang out, loved sitting at the "bar" while we BBQ'd, and the pool was fantastic. Was very happy to enjoy the pool every day, and some evenings! We wanted for absolutey nothing, it was such a wonderful experience. We've already discussed coming back for some relaxation and fun in the sun! This home is stunning, loved it all! Thanks so much. :-)
