HIKING There are over 50 miles of trails in South Mountain Park area near the house. They are popular for hikes, mountain biking and horseback riding. Explore many of the well-known rock formations, like those in Papago Park, as well as Camelback Mountain and Pinnacle Peak.

GOLF Located on the 6th hole of Troon's newest golf course. The Foothills Golf Club is a stunning public course that offers 7000 yards of pristine links style golf. Looking for variety? At Foothills Retreat you are 15 mins from 7 different public course.

SPRING TRAINING Tempe Diablo stadium, home of the LA Angels spring training, is 15 miles away while most other stadiums are within a 30 minute drive.

NASCAR The Phoenix Raceway, home of the Nascar championship race, is located 24 miles away.


The House:

OUTSIDE: Enjoy the sunset views on the golf course in a true backyard oasis with an updated heated pool, in-pool lounge chairs, pool fountain water features, outdoor fridge, propane bbq, gas fire pit and several seating areas. Socialize at an outdoor dining table that extends to accommodate up to 8 people. Outdoor games are provided such as ladder golf and cornhole.

​GAME ROOM: Challenge your family/friends to a game of shuffleboard or foosball in the game room.

LIVING SPACES: Inside you can cool off in living spaces designed for vacation. Relax in a living room that can comfortably seat 7 adults with recliner chairs/couch and a 70" TV, all with a view to the pool outdoor area.

KITCHEN: Entertain in a large kitchen with two ovens and additional built-in seating overlooking the pool outdoor area. The Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment for you to host your family or friends.

BEDROOMS: Sleep in bedrooms designed for comfort with blackout curtains and foam mattresses.

- A master bedroom suite that is isolated to a separate side of the house w/ private door to the outside seating and pool area. The master room has a private full bath, 55” TV and a large walk-in closet.
- A guest room with a king size bed and 43" TV.
- A guest room with a queen bed.
- A bunk bedroom that can host up to 5 people! This room has a twin over full bunk & a twin with a twin trundle bed & 32" TV.

BABY: For those traveling with a little one, we provide 1 pack 'n play w/ mattress & sheets, a single stroller, high chair and 1 sound machine.

There are several places walking distance from the house, including a Safeway for groceries (0.5 miles). A car is a must if you want to explore and visit other parts of the city, including the hottest tourist areas such as Scottsdale. Parking is available for free in the garage or driveway.
