Nestled in the Arizona desert, this home makes for the perfect retreat for a staycation/vacation to escape the mundane of day to day city life, a golf trip to all the legendary courses Scottsdale has to offer, a family getaway, or to lounge by the pool in the Arizona Sun. The home is about 7 minutes from TROON NORTH, 15min from the 101fwy, and dozens of hiking and horseback trails. If you like to Off-Road, there is what seems like endless desert to explore! The Space:
Getting Around: North Scottsdale neighborhood tucked up into the quiet Arizona desert.

Significant focus is put toward every detail to ensure an enjoyable stay. Here are a few highlights:

Access: Home is equipped with a smart lock. Code details will be generated specifically for your stay to maximize safety and security. Details provided upon booking.

TV: There are 3 TV's - one in the living room, one in the Master Bedroom, and one in one of the Guest Bedrooms. All are equipped with streaming services for simplicity of use. No cable services are provided, but you will have access to your choice of streaming services.

Wi-Fi: Free, fast Wi-Fi so you can work or browse freely during your stay. Credentials will be provided upon booking.

Pool: Bring your swimsuits for this amazing backyard and pool! There are currently two pool floats, and a basketball hoop for the pool to have some fun. 4 Lounge Chairs are also available, as well as a propane grill.

Towels: Plenty of towels will be provided for your stay. These include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, dish rags, and pool towels. Lack of towels will not be an issue.

Kitchen Items: Oven, stovetop, two full-sized refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, standard coffee maker, and more. Well-equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has 1 King Bed, guest bedroom has 1 King Bed, guest bedroom 2 has a TWO XL Twin Beds. A crib is also available if you have little ones with you.

Guest Access:
Fully accessible private home, inside & out.

Quiet, serene, and peaceful desert landscape neighborhood with minimal neighbors.

15min from the 101 Freeway
