"Amaroo West" is our beautiful newly renovated 3-bedroom home that offers the perfect getaway for family vacations, golf trips, reunions or simply a tranquil escape to the beautiful Sonoran Desert.

Immerse yourself in our serene resort style backyard, complete with a fenced-in swimming pool, lounge chairs, a deluxe 7 burner gas grill, and a spacious outdoor dining area.

Remodeled in early 2025, our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom sanctuary is ready for your desert escape!

Enjoy our large covered outdoor patio, offering dining for up to 8 guests! Throw some steaks or veggies on the XL 7-burner outdoor grill, or take a refreshing dip in the pool, complete with floats and comfortable outdoor lounge chairs.

Inside, the newly designed home offers a spacious but cozy feel. The kitchen comes fully equipped with multiple sets of dinnerware as well as a selection of drinkware ranging from small cups to wine glasses.

We provide additional conveniences such as a coffee maker, blender, microwave, electric tea kettle, and toaster on top of the traditional refrigerator, oven & dishwasher.

The living room offers a 75” Samsung Smart TV and a Samsung sound bar/subwoofer with Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound to ensure plenty of entertainment for relaxing evenings.

SLEEPING:
The main bedroom features a luxurious queen bed with a walk in closet and an ensuite full bathroom for added privacy. The motorized roller shades are an excellent feature in the main and second bedroom to ensure full darkness for a restful night's sleep.

Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable queen bed, a spacious closet with hangers, as well as a large circular mirror and dresser.

While Bedroom 3 boasts a luxurious fold out sofa bed that is larger (7 in. wider & 2 in. longer) than a queen size mattress.

An additional sleep option is the queen sized fold out sofa bed in the living room.
