We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The Mountain Views and city landscape were incredible. The home is so cozy and clean. Everything we needed was provided. The putting green was a welcome bonus too. We will return with new adventures to explore. This home is a fantastic find.

We were in Phoenix for Christmas with our son and family. We were able to check in a little early which was great. The house was clean and smelled great. I loved the kitchen. I was able toake homemade cinnamon roll for breakfast ( our son was happy) communicate with the owner was easy, quick respones. Would stay again.

Nice!

We had a great stay at this property. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the hospitality of bottled water, popcorn and fun games. Very close to hiking trails as well as a short drive to lots of restaurants.

This was as close to a home away from home as I know. Quiet location, truly drop-dead cute inside. The listing was exactly as described. All the amenities of home. I hope to return to the Phoenix area knowing this place is in my future. Never got the gofd ball in the hole though!!!

Perfect Holiday Stay

I booked this property for my brother and his family to stay during Christmas because it is close to my house. They really enjoyed staying here and said it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely book again in the future for other visitors.

Lovely home

Spring Training 2023

The house was excellent. It was clean and the owner, Brandon, communicated very quickly when we had a question. The location was superb. Hope to rent again in the future.

This home is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. It truly has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The backyard views in the morning and at night are incredible—honestly breathtaking. We loved having the putt-putt available to enjoy whenever we were home. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire house was spotless. We arrived late and were so grateful to find water and ice waiting for us, which really meant a lot. Thoughtful touches like that made our stay even better. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Lovely again

This is the third time my sisters and I have stayed in this property. Comfortable as usual: well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of beach equipment and this year a covered patio outside for eating in the rain (which there was lots of). It is also conveniently located with easy access to stores and beaches. I would not hesitate to recommending this place to friends.

This property was amazing. It had everything you could want, was incredibly clean and up to date, and was very comfortable. The instructions were clear, the host was very prompt providing access codes, and was great to work with. I will absolutely stay here every time I come to Phoenix even though it’s a little more than 30 minutes to the Talking Stick casino which is pretty impressive itself. :)

Had a great stay in Phoenix for March. House is well decorated and stocked. Communication with the owner was fantastic. He met us shortly after our arrival. Picked the houses because of the view.

Peaceful and quiet

The house was beautiful, very peaceful and calm feel to it. I had the pleasure of sleeping in the main bed room and i absolutely loved the bed it felt like sleeping on a big pillow. Definitely comfy to my liking. We were gone most of the day but it was a good quiet area. Just be sure to put West when looking up the address on maps, or you will end up at a completely different house.

Our stay was great. House was Super well stocked with snacks and beverages. Shampoo conditioner, coffee, creamer etc. everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Very clean and well kept. Yard is cute and fun. Owner was helpful and responsive. Close to hiking, golfing etc. Great experience

Great stay!

We came to Phoenix for the Innings Festival and to catch some Spring Training. The house is great! We’d rent it again in a heartbeat. We love that it backs onto amazing hiking trails with views. We spent time watching the dove, quail and roadrunners. House has a well appointed kitchen too. Clean, simple, comfortable.
