För dig som letar efter lugn och ro i ett fantastiskt läge i Upscale Scottsdale. Detta lyxiga hem med 4 sovrum ligger på över 1 tunnland ökenlandskap i NE Scottsdale. Omgiven av flera miljoner dollar hem. Perfekt för familjer eller vuxna som vill undvika buller! Hemmet är cirka 3100 kvadratfot och underhålls vackert av ägarstolthet. Hemmet erbjuder 3 sovrum på huvudnivån plus en härlig privat master up, med rymlig ensuite och privat balkong med utsikt över poolen och marken. Poolen och Fire-pit är helt privata när du ser mot ökenlandskapet. Den utomhusgrill grillområdet med utsikt över poolen med mistar för att hålla dig sval på varma dagar! Det finns gott om uteserveringar för att njuta av poolen, öppen spis och solsken. Hemmet ligger i ett mycket privat bostadsområde (ökenlandskap). Lugnt och privat läge sprider alla hem långt från varandra på stora tomter

Vi är belägna utanför Shea Blvd vid 128: e St ca 10 min öster om 101 slingan. 20 min till Old Scottsdale och 35 min till Sky Harbor International flygplats. Området är omgivet av golfbanor i världsklass och fantastiska shopping i exklusiva Scottsdale.

För dem med husdjurallergier är vi en husdjur som inte är rökfria och ej rökare.

Our favorite home we have rented in 5 years running. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Pros: pool was amazing! Patio space was clean and comfortable. Rooms we comfortable and private for the most part (one is a jack and Jill area). Sunsets were beautiful! Outdoor fireplace was awesome. If you visit be sure to be there at sunset to check out the Gambel Quails settle into the tree for the night. It was very facilitating. Kitchen appliances, silverware and cookware was totally stocked. Cons: TV in the living room. We gave up. It shouldn’t be this hard with the cost of smart TV’s today. That was all we found. It just forced us to hang out by the fireplace instead!Thanks again!

Received check in instructions from the owner a few days before arrival. Self-check in went smoothly as described in the instructions. Minor questions submitted to the owner via text were answered promptly. The property was as described and easily accommodated our family of 7 who visited my wife and me on overlapping schedules. Dining areas both inside and out were great. The kitchen was well supplied with kitchenware as well as some common spices. Thermostats were easy to operate and maintained the desired temperature throughout our stay with outside temperatures ranging from the 50's to the low 100's. The pool and patio area were sizable with ample chairs with some of the most comfortable lounge chairs we've experienced. The heated pool was maintained at a perfect temperature throughout our stay. The property's location provided easy access to stores and restaurants. We've rented around 8 different properties over the last dozen or so years in the northeast Phoenix and Scottsdale areas at approximately the same time of year. This property ranks near the top in terms of enjoyment and livability. We've already reserved it for next year.
