When you are done with all the fun, you will come home to a comfortable XL sectional couch and Queen beds. Our fully equipped kitchen includes an Air fryer for quick meals and everything you need for more elaborate meals.

The TVs are equipped with Roku devices for you to connect to your favorite streaming platforms.

The garden has a small lemon tree, fig tree, and aromatic herbs. Those are seasonal. You are welcome to help yourself to some fruits in a reasonable manor. Please be considerate of the next guests.

The community pool is available for use during the summer. The key to the pool will be provided at check in.

HOUSE RULES.

1. No smoking. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana.

2. No parties or events. Please note that our neighbor is a police officer and that he will be quick to enforce this rule.

3. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am.

4. No pets.

***Violation of the house rules will result in a $500 fine.***

THINGS TO KNOW.
The house is located directly behind a grocery store and restaurants. The occasional delivery and garbage trucks can be heard in the background but the sound is muffled by the double glass windows and doors.

For stays that are 28 days or longer, a refundable deposit will be collected upon booking. The amount will be equal to one month of rent or to a third of the total amount , whichever is higher. The deposit will be refunded after a checkout inspection if no broken or missing items are reported.
The guest will also have to provide a valid picture ID at or before check in.

GUEST ACCESS.
The driveway has enough space for two cars. No parking on the street. You will have access to both bedrooms, both bathrooms, living area, kitchen and office, the garden and both patios.
Guests will not have access to the storage room in the back or any other spaces that are locked and marked "DO NOT ENTER".
The washer and dryer are located in the locked garage. Guests who make a reservation of 3 days or longer will have access upon request. Laundry detergent will also be provided.

SECURITY.
We have actively recording cameras on site (in the garage and outside the house, never on the inside) to guarantee the security of our guests and our property.
