Enter a generously spacious foyer featuring two bedrooms fitted with one king and one queen bedroom on the south side of the home. There is an office area can be closed off for additional sleeping room, using the sofa and blow up mattress provided.. The house opens up into an impressively large great room that hosts the dining room, kitchen, and living room. The fully equipped kitchen will delight any chef, complete with every tool you could need for any meal preparation needs. An inviting breakfast bar provides the perfect spot for meals, conversations, or entertaining. The dining room comfortably seats six, and the comfy sofas are an ideal viewing spot for movie nights or game times. A dedicated office right off the great room caters to the work-from-home needs.
The popular split floor plan features a master suite at one end of the house with a plush king bed, a spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower and a built-in walk-in closet. A large TV and sunny windows overlooking the professionally designed backyard offer an end-of-the-day sanctuary.
Outdoors, a sparkling heated pool invites, with sun loungers a gas BBQ and a dining table for six . This private outdoor area will become your living room, providing all that you could ask for. Super-fast Wi-Fi, a two-car garage, and a full-sized inside laundry room are just some additional perks. Every detail has been accounted for to help you create priceless memories.

Splash. Our homes come equipped with a heat pump, reel, and cover, specifically useful during the fluctuating weather of November to April. The pool can maintain a cozy 85 degrees as long as the outside temperature is above 50 degrees. We'll keep you informed about the weather as your reservation time approaches to decide on the pool heating based on the weather conditions. We can refund the pool heating fees if the weather prevents you from enjoying this feature.
The house boasts a heated pool, with the heating option billed at $65 per day. If the home has a spa or hot tub, the heating cost for these is included in the rent all year round.
City Code Enforcement:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
