Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property minus the garage and locked supply cabinets.
Other things to note
We are an exclusive vacation rental agency that provides the best possible experience for both owners and guests. Because of this, we have specific rule and regulations in place. Please read the following carefully:
• We welcome responsible, respectful guests who value our homes as much as we do. All reservations are subject to our standard screening and verification process to ensure the best experience for both guests and homeowners.
• Pool heat is an optional add-on charge and must be applied for the duration of the reservation. Hot tub heat is included with the reservation.
• A signed rental agreement is required to book this home
• NO bachelor parties, weddings or other events are allowed
• Standard Occupancy is limited to (14) with Max Occupancy limited to (20), $150/night fee for guests over Standard Occupancy Limit. Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day.
• No loud noise after 9pm. Violation will result in removal without refund.
• A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
• Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
• Reservations are non-refundable
After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we require a refundable deposit and a signed Long-Term Addendum.
