The Space:
HÓZHÓ Desert Views Estate combines the perfect blend of indoor luxury and outdoor desert beauty. The estate is situated on a 1-acre private lot in the North Scottsdale area, strategically located so our guests can enjoy some of the most magnificent and spectacular views the desert offers.
Property Highlights: Our desert oasis has something for everyone. Watch movies on the 70-inch television with Sonos Surround Sound in the theater room with a wet bar or challenge each other to billiards, shuffleboard, or a game of cards. Splash in the swimming pool, relax in the spa, practice your putt on the green, or shoot baskets and enjoy pickleball on the full-sized sport court. There are plenty of quiet spaces to take a moment of solitude to read or get lost in the glorious desert views and sunsets.
Indoor Luxury: Masterful design and modern luxury are uniquely combined in this spacious home featuring a gourmet chef’s kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, Wolf gas range boasting six burners and a griddle, Electrolux microwave and oven combo, and wine fridge. The cozy open kitchen and dining space has seats for 18 people, there is a pool table, and televisions in each of the multiple living spaces and bedrooms. Beautifully appointed with tasteful furnishings, 12 ft ceilings, and other luxury upgrades, the house sleeps 23 people with 9 bedrooms and 5.5 baths across four separate sleeping areas, including a casita for two and separate in-law suite that sleeps five, perfect for multiple family use.
The lovely master suite opens onto the back patio/pool area. It features a Bed Boss mattress, tray ceilings, huge windows with mechanical blinds and views of the desert, and an opulent bathroom featuring two vanities, a walk-in shower with steam feature, a separate whirlpool tub, and walk-in closet with built-in chests and shelving.
The spacious covered patio area hosts a cozy seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails and conversation. Barbecue on the outdoor gas grill, complete with sink and prep counter, and eat al fresco in the dining areas, surrounded by deep, comfortable chairs that invite you to relax and enjoy the views. The fully furnished patio wraps around a luxurious pool and separate spa with an infinity edge and waterfalls cascading to create peaceful sounds of rippling water against the tranquil quiet of the Arizona desert.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

You're just a short drive from upscale shopping at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, perfect for browsing high-end boutiques and enjoying a meal at one of the many restaurants (approx. 10-15 minutes). For outdoor enthusiasts, McDowell Sonoran Preserve is within easy reach, offering hiking and biking trails with stunning desert views (approx. 15-20 minutes). Dining options abound, with everything from casual eateries to fine dining experiences nearby. Explore the charm of Old Town Scottsdale, known for its art galleries, southwestern shops, and vibrant nightlife (approx. 20-25 minutes). Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to numerous championship golf courses.

Please be aware that per city ordinance, we have noise monitoring systems in place. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. A refundable security deposit of $1000 may be required. The primary booker must complete a guest form and sign our rental agreement.
