Privat pool på 1: a hålet vid Coyote Lakes, en riktig Surprise AZ semester!

Vackert 2 sovrum, 2 badrum hus ligger på första hålet på den fantastiska Coyote Lakes Golf Course.

Fånga en vacker soluppgång i Arizona när du tittar på golfspelarens utsläpp från din privata bakgård, pool eller till och med från sovrummets eller köksbordets komfort. (Oroa dig inte, de kan inte se dig, och du kan inte höra dem!) Bättre än, ta en kort bilresa till klubbhuset och testa det själv!

Huset är helt ombyggt, uppifrån och ned. Allt är nytt - möbler, apparater, sängar och sängkläder, handdukar, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, disken, glasögon och även handduksstängerna! Allt du behöver för en avkopplande, stressfri semester är här och väntar på dig.

Njut av solen som hänger ut vid den uppvärmda poolen. Om du gillar utomhusmatlagning, har vi en ny Weber grill till ditt förfogande. (Observera, det finns en extra avgift för att värma poolen. Vi har installerat en mätare på gasledningen, du betalar bara för vad du använder.)

Vardagsrummet har en sektionssofa som kan konfigureras på något sätt som du vill, och en 50 "smart TV med kabel och internet (inte att du kommer att spendera mycket tid på att titta på tv.)

Befälhavaren har en king size-säng och TV, stor badrum med stor dusch och 2 garderober - en en stor walk-in. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng, med ett badrum direkt bredvid det. Vi har installerat en ny Vigo skjutdörr och regndusch för hela spa-upplevelsen i sovrummet.

Överraskning har så många saker som händer runt om i området. Mars är särskilt upptagen med MLB Spring Training i närheten av: Surprise Stadium (6 miles) - Texas Rangers / Kansas City Royals, Peoria Sports Complex (6 miles) Seattle Mariners / San Diego Padres, Camelback Ranch (13 miles) - Los Angeles Dodgers / Chicago White Sox.

Inte en bollfläkt? Det är bara ca 20 minuter till Glendale, där Cardinals (NFL) och Coyotes (NHL) spelar.

Det finns massor av vandring (White Tank Mountain Regional Park, 17 miles), bra shopping (Arrowhead Mall, 5 miles) och alla andra aktiviteter om du tittar runt. Vi är mycket bekvämt beläget strax utanför Bell Road vid 115th, mycket nära 101 Loop highway runt Phoenix.

What an amazing place to stay. The owner was so informative and answered all my questions quickly. The house is perfect. We enjoyed watching the golfers. The pool is perfect for just floating around watching the fighter jets working. Highly recommend

Great house on Coyote Lakes golf course

My husband and I visited Phoenix area for our anniversary and stayed at this house on Coyote Lakes golf course. The house is beautiful, located just off the first tee box. It has easy access to many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet. We sat out on the deck and watched the partridges and other wildlife. We would stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Great getaway

We had a lovely stay -- everything was exactly as represented and pictured. The house is very spacious and airy with plenty of natural light. Well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary amenities, including an electric kettle which was appreciated. Large HD tvs in both the living and main bedroom made relaxing with a movie a great way to spend an evening. The main bedroom is HUGE and includes plenty of closet space to stash empty suitcases once you unpack as well a large ensuite with spacious shower. The enclosed back yard features a great view of the golf course and ample space to enjoy the sun on the cooler days we had while staying. We grilled out several times and had breakfast on the patio -- a wonderful way to start the day! The pool was very inviting, but the weather was a bit uncooperative so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of it even tho we could have turned the heat on if we wanted to. Oh, just remember to put the chair cushions under the porch cover when you're not using them! :-) Great location on the edge of suburbia, so it's very quiet with no traffic, but still close enough to get to restaurants and shopping as well as just a short distance to Surprise Stadium. Brad, our host, was super helpful and responsive to our inquiries, and even made sure to send us discount links to Coyote Lakes Golf. Its a great course to play and one of the nicest in the area. We're already planning to return next year!

Great getaway

Was spending Thanksgiving with my daughter in the Phoenix area. Great home that is convenient to shops and for hiking the hills which was my second objective. It was a bit windy and cool yo use the pool which wss a bummer. Again great place and they checked in to make sure things were ok.

We had a wonderful month at this home. We had the opportunity to meet the owners in person after working with them to schedule the month. Awesome place!

We stayed in this lovely house for the month of November. It has a great layout, nice furnishings and comfy beds. Brad was easy to work with and very accommodating with our needs. Coyote Lakes is a quiet community but super close to the main roads. We enjoyed playing golf there and attended some events at the Clubhouse. It was a great home away from home!

A M A Z I N G! Looking to rest and relax? This is the place!

My husband and I needed some time to rest, relax and enjoy some time away. What a great location! What a great accommodation! We were extremely happy with this house. It was perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate 2 other people. The neighborhood was a quiet oasis... and yet there were many restaurants and lots of shopping within a short distance. We played the golf course a couple of times during our stay which was an added bonus. The residence provided everything you need... fully stocked kitchen (if it's not in this kitchen... it doesn't exist... laughing), laundry, comfortable bed, towels for bathing and pool... and so much more. The pool was a nice size and there was plenty of lounging and seating outside too. All you need to do is bring your own personal clothes and personal care (don't forget the sunscreen) and your food/groceries for your stay. The property manager and the owner were a delight to work with and assisted with any of our questions and needs. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back!!

This was one of the most perfect homes I have ever stayed at on VRBO, well equipped with everything needed! The location is absolutely perfect and in a quiet area but close to anything you may need. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating, thanks for having us!!

Brad was a joy to deal with this house has everything it’s extremely comfortable and it’s entertaining to watch everyone T off on the first hole we had the pool heated and we enjoyed it every day we were almost here for two months so it started to feel like our home ha ha and saying that if I was ever to buy property out here again it would be the exact place that I would look for don’t hesitate and book their awesome home in a awesome community. We met a lot of new friends golfing on the course as well. If I could give it more than five stars I would! Ryan and April 👍

Nice week retreat

This was a comfortable home with an appealing morning sunrise, a beautiful adjacent golf course (and a view of the first tee), and a cozy little patio, pool, and fountain. A comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and all the creature comforts one would want for a vacation retreat.

Exceeded expectations

Staying at Brad’s home was amazing. The attention to detail in making sure all your needs are met was so appreciated. From the towels, trash bags, and even enough hangers in the closet; it all made a difference! Myself and my teenager daughter stayed here for 3 weeks as we waited for our apartment to be ready for move in. We were looking for a place that felt like home. I am a second year medical student so quietness, cleanliness and a place to relax after a long day at class was what I was looking for. This home provided exactly that. I felt like I was able to relax, kick back, enjoy the views of the golf course from the serene backyard and of course relax in the pool! The property manager was incredible. He was always willing to help with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay somewhere and feel like you are home. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean and organized. Thank you so much Brad for your kindness and accommodations for us!
