Owner was responsive when we asked for garage opener. Looked clean, but my wife received 2 bug bites the last 10 days of our stay, so needed an exterminator.

My family went to the Phoenix area for a baseball tournament and to attend a few MLB Spring Training games.The house is located very close to tons of retail (Target and other stores) and lots of good restaurants, which is very convenient. It's also within a mile of a major highway - close enough to be super convenient without any extra noise.We really liked the house. It's clean and well maintained, with plenty of room for our family of four, with a very spacious living area and a nice kitchen. The washer and dryer are big enough to do very large loads and are both very quiet, which was greatly appreciated. Another nice amenity is the AC worked great, which was really nice to have since we experienced an unusually early heat wave during our stay.The host was excellent regarding communication from start to finish. Very much appreciated!

The place worked out very well for us after a couple of hiccups. John's cleaning crew dropped the ball but he jumped on the issue and got it resolved quickly. We had a house full for the holidays and the place worked great. Lots of spaces to entertain and activities to encourage family.John was very attentive and responsive, he's a great host.The neighborhood has a ton of kids and action, however the Target loading dock is behind the home so there can be early morning noise coming from the incoming trucks.Overall - a great place to stay.

The bathroom shower did not work and 6 of us had to use one shower. We were there for a funeral and the last thing that we wanted was something like this. I informed the owner who messaged me that I should pull the screw and water would start whereas the whole piece wad way pushed in. Of course we did not have a tool box. It was frustrating and the owner did not do anything to fix it or even offer a discount. In kitchen everything was just thrown in the drawers and it was hard to find anything. A few of the table lamps did not work.

The property met all our needs to host a family baby shower. There was some confusion about accessing the property because a code to unlock the door was not sent. Before contacting the host at about 4:15, on a whim, we tried the door. It was unlocked. We weren't notified that the door would be unlocked.

A lovely home!

What a nice house. It's not too small, but not too big either. It's a great house for small events, of which I had a birthday party here. There were people outback at the fire pit, people in the living room playing video games, people at the dining table playing card games, and people in the garage playing pool. It was such a nice way to celebrate my 30th. The house is very clean and organized, decorated nicely and minimally, comfy cozy beds and couch, nice bathrooms, tidy yard. Highly recommend!

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and grocery shopping! Bunk beds are pretty squeaky, noisy so if you or your kids are light sleepers might want to switch out for king bed! Bathrooms are small but decent. Cleanliness of property was average, we found old water bottles and linens washed with floor mats! Needless to say we didnt use that.
