Interested in Pool Heat!?

Pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool & spa heat is $150/night and only available for the full duration of your stay. Spa heat only is $100/night. Please note that we require 5 days notice from check-in if you want to add this amenity.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.



Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire property and outdoor space.



Additional House Rules:

- Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Mountain Standard Time.

- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved to book this house. Please make an inquiry and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion. And is subject for a $1,000 Security Deposit which is fully refundable after the stay.

- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, photo ID verification, and selfie. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, House & Home has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest’s own risk. The homeowner and H&H Vacations will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.

- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.

- The City of Scottsdale requires no more than 6 non-related adults per home, not including children.
