Vackert hem i soliga Glendale, Arizona! Vi är glada att välkomna dig till vår vackra 4 sovrum 3 badrum 2350 kvm ft hem på den natursköna Arrowhead Lakes, redo för din njutning! Komplett med en inbjudande 5-personig badtunna, shuffleboardbord, privat uppvärmd pool och underbar utsikt, ligger detta hem inbäddat i det vackra Arrowhead Lakes-området i Glendale Arizona. Nära till golfbanor, Wet N Wild vattenpark, AZ Cardinals Stadium, vårträning baseball parker och utmärkta restauranger. Ytterligare förmåner i hemmet inkluderar två kajaker för att ta på sjön, WiFi, utomhusgrill, Alexa Echo, Roku TV med Netflix, Hulu och Sling streaming TV, (ESPN, TNT, FSAZ, NFL Network etc ...) som tillhandahålls. Även tv-antenn med alla lokala kanaler (CBS, FOX, NBC, ABC ...).

För uppställningen av huset, det finns 3 sovrum på övervåningen och 1 sovrum nere. Sovrummen på övervåningen har en queen size-säng i varje och en king size-säng i sovrummet. Den nedre sovrummet har 2 våningssängar (4 bäddar). Det finns en 65 "plattskärms-LG tv i vardagsrummet, och en 65" Samsung platt-tv i sovrummet.

* Liten avgift till värme pool på $ 200 per vecka. Vi håller avgiften låg, bara för att återhämta en del av kostnaden för att värma poolen. (Måste meddela mig 1 vecka i förväg om du väljer uppvärmd pool, eftersom det tar flera dagar att värma)

Beautiful family retreat

Rarely is a home better than advertised, but this one really was. Tons of thoughtful extras for the kids - toys, books, humidifiers, and outside toys to name a few. We had a great time enjoying the back yard as much as possible!

Family Home

House was a great family home for our Thanksgiving vacation. Located a few minutes to our son’s new apartment in Glendale. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen for meals. We enjoyed comfortable couch. We played shuffleboard & swam. Loved 3 bathrooms! Highly recommend!

Perfect location and beautiful place

Our family feels so blessed to have the opportunity to stay here. The couple was amazing with answering any questions and concerns about our stay. We felt very at home in the house and enjoyed the awake hours as well as the asleep hours. The location is a perfect spot for so many adventures. Excellent Find!

This is a beautiful home! Plenty of amenities and extras that made our stay easy. The beds were comfortable too! Even the pull out sofa bed was great. Lots of towels for the pool, pool toys, kayaks, fishing poles, toys for the kids, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, extra pillows, and lots of games made our stay feel like a home away from home. Communication with the property owner was always prompt as well. We were here with our cousins and their kids for a funeral and this place was just what we needed to make a difficult time better for everyone. Thank you!

Amazing Accommodations

We loved our stay! House was clean and had convenient amenities for all of us. Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sitting out on back patio playing scrabble game that was provided. Great place to enjoy spending time with family!

FUN AND COZY FOR ALL

BEST property ever! We booked this place and from the second we checked in we were so happy that we found this place. Super clean, roomy, and tons of amenities. We had teenagers who loved fishing in the backyard. Our kids bonded over all the board games and videogames that the house provided. I was impressed by the "extras" it had like the Keurig pods and detergent and quality towels and washcloths. The beds were extremely comfortable and I'm very picky. The property was extremely clean and the welcome binder had all of the instructions that we needed, we didn't have to ask the owner for any questions, it was all so easy. We will book this place the next time. We all highly recommend. Parent and teenager approved. (we were in town for a baseball tournament)

Great place!

We loved our stay. House was immaculate and had everything we needed. We were here for baseball and the proximity to everything was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Grocery store/gas/restaurants all near by. We will be back for sure!
