Converted garage to a game room/lounge area with a ping pong table, two arcade games, a sauna, and exercise equipment!
The kitchen has everything you need cook and store meals! Coffee is provided.
Backyard boasts a huge pool and hottub with a waterslide, a large patio area, gas firepit, and putting green.
Cable is provided and TVs are available in all bedrooms (YouTube TV).

- No street parking available next to house because it's located inside small gated community.

- Highway can be heard from the backyard and the waterfall helps drown out the noise.

- All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- All listed amenities are to be used at guest’s own risk. The homeowner will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- Please use pool and spa at your own risk as no lifeguard is present.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please do this outside. Smoking in the house can result in a charge up to $500.
- If Police Department is sent to the house, there will be a minimum charge of $500.
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 9am. Guest can incur a charge if not followed.
- Do not bring more than the number of guests confirmed on the reservation. Additional "visitors" must be approved by the host. Guest can incur a charge if not followed.

Great home for all ages

Check in was smooth. The kids loved the sweet welcome of Crumbl cookies from the host. The home was clean and with four families it was nice that each room had a an en suite. The location was convenient as well.
