Rented to spend time with friends from MI who flew down to see us. Some of the reviews baffled me, the place is beautiful, lots of amenities, good location for doing excursions. Yes, the neighborhood is very mixed, but we never felt unsafe, it is like that in most big cities. We travel in our RV full-time and have been all over the country, so no surprises for us. When family/friends visit we rent a place and would definitely rent here again. Cathleen was very responsive, professional, and helpful during our stay. Only cons I would say is that the blinds don't filter out early morning light, or lights from outside, but not a deal breaker at all. If you are "sensitive" to sound there are trains, planes, and a couple roosters that can be heard, but we never travel without a sound machine, so easy to block out. Neighbor had a party with Kareoke one weekend night but it ended about midnight, otherwise no issues there. Thank you for a wonderful place to enjoy our company!!

The neighborhood is not good. They don’t use top sheets or pillow cases so you’re up against where another person just laid. Skimpy on toilet paper The amenities list washer and dryer, but then in the “house rules” it says you can’t use them unless you’re there 7 days or more. That’s a deal-breaker. Would not stay again

The host was nice and took care of issues. The app was not showing all messages that were sent or read. The water pressure and shower heads were not great. The shower head in one bathroom sprayed everywhere. One room the bed sheets were not changed. The house is a nice size and meet our needs for the week. I appreciate the host working quickly to handle the concerns.

Amenities were good. The ghetto was bad. Host should take a picture of the picture of the house across the street. Host did take care of the person next door banging on the wall until 3 in the morning. The cat gets 5 stars. The rooster gets 1 star. The homeless people at the end of road had pretty fire. This place is great for someone that wants to stay inside the whole entire stay. You may not want to walk at night to any downtown venues. I don’t think I would ever stay again.

Unit is nice well appointed. Was very close to the downtown area. Owner easy to communicate with for date changes and quick to respond to emails. Was nice yo be back in sunny, warm, and dry Arizona.

The house was absolutely fantastic for our busy weekend! It offered plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Plus, it was impeccably clean, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind!

Beware - No 5 STAR Here

Horrible experience. No running hot water for two nights. Unable to fix the water heater issue and their way to fix the huge inconvenience of having a cold shower was to move our reservation to another unit. Which again is another huge inconvenience considering its a two story unit and repacking and moving all personal items along with groceries. Requested some type of financial adjustment and was told no adjustment could be made due to host providing additional accommodations which were a continued inconvenience. If you want accomodations that are up to your standards, don't book here. They are unreasonable and lack understanding to make it right considering all inconvenience throughout stay. By the way they have an annoying cat that tries to go indoors every time you open the door. It ruins you car paint leaving scratches all over the hood of you car.

Over and beyond helpful

First I want to say that the owner went over and beyond by picking up a left jacket and delivering it to me at the convention center after I checked out!! The house was beautiful and clean but the neighborhood was sketchy. I believe it is improving, but we had a guy come to the gate who was high and asked us for money as we checked in. The roosters across the way woke one couple up way to early even though earplugs were provided.

Nice Home

This home was very nice, the owners take care of it and cleaned it. Carper is new, you have granite counter tops showers and bathrooms were very nice. Place was locked up and well maintained. Owner communicated with us. No issues but we only slept there and never needed to talk with them. I gave the home 4 stars on the cleanliness only because the bed had no sheets only a comforter. Personally, this isn't sanitary to me. Beds need sheets. The place didn’t have a dishwasher so do people really use soap and water to clean things? Plates need sanitized. That’s my opinion. I came in late at night and the neighborhood looked a little sketchy. But no issues and after the first night I felt safe. There is a gate, but it doesn't lock so why even have a gate? During the day the neighborhood didn't look to bad. I don't know how it was stocked with kitchenware I only slept there. Over all I would consider booking again.

Nice place, questionable area and neighborhood.

The condo its self is very clean and big. Not as many creature comforts as I am used to seeing in a VRBO. It does have easy freeway access. The bigger problem is the area and neighborhood. Between the neighbors chickens and the airplanes and trains it may be tough for a lite sleeper. I am pretty sure this is the reason the price is were its at.
