Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ This casita is located at the back of the house. Guests will not have access to the main house but can enjoy a completely private stay with their own separate entrance. Make yourself at home!
➤ Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for regular cars or SUVs only (no trailers, mobile homes, boats, or anything not considered a regular car or SUV).

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact me through the platform if you have any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per additional half-hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
9. Lost fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
10. Guests are not allowed to leave personal items outside the rental during or after their stay.
