Ett modernt öde gömställe, är detta nyligen ombyggda hem idealiskt för en semester i Arizona solskenet. Njut av den privata poolen och bakgårdens oas, eller ta dig till Old Town Scottsdale och Fashion Square, som båda ligger bara några minuter från din ytterdörr. Var och en av de tre sovrummen är smakfullt kurerade med rena och moderna bitar, och de tre badrummen är vackert uppdaterade och kaklade. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett stort badrum, komplett med badkar och dubbeldusch dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och ett eget badrum. Det tredje sovrummet rymmer upp till fyra personer, eftersom det har både en king size-säng och en queen size-anpassad bäddsoffa. Ett tredje badrum ligger bara några steg bort! Hemmet ståtar med en stor vit tunnelbana kaklat kök, komplett med toppen av linjen apparater och fyllda med verktyg för alla dina matlagningsträvanden. Köket är anslutet till matsal och vardagsrum, som alla flyter i en öppen planlösning med läder och trä accenter. Takfläktar är i hela hemmet och också på den täckta bakre uteplatsen. Njut av att äta middag ute, koppla av på utomhussnittsseksen eller fånga några strålar i loungestolen. Hemmet är utrustat med en ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare, snabb Wi-Fi och kabel-TV i varje sovrum.

Amazing House!

Our two families (9 people in total) had the absolute best week staying at this property! The pool was a huge hit with the 5 kids and there were plenty of beds for everyone. We really appreciated all the cookware and spices available. We would 100% recommend this house to others, especially those travelling with multiple families!

Great place for a group!

Brendon was a great host with good communication and easy to follow instructions. The house is set up great for a larger group. The pool is wonderful and the backyard is spacious and private. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Family get away

This was a perfect home for a large family! The interior is beautiful, the bedrooms are large, and the amenities have something for everyone! You can lounge by the pool, play outside games, or enjoy any of the large TV's inside or outside the property! We used the BBQ one evening and it was great! The house has it all! Would rent this home again!

Wonderful friend reunion House at convenient location in phoenix

The house is modern, clean and matches the photos seen online. Lots of IT/tech upgrades. The house is well appointed in all bedrooms and spacious for a group to enjoy the amenities while still having privacy. Well stocked kitchen with spices and oils so no need to buy lots of one offs when you only need a bit. The pool area is great with room for all. We also appreciated all the pool floats provided. We enjoyed the location being so close to Fry's and Costco and all the old town restaurants. And also easy access to the airport. Great not having to fight all of the north scottsdale traffic to get around. we did pay the extra fee for the heated pool and glad we did. Definitely will save this house as a favorite when looking at Phoenix area again.

March in Arizona

Weather was iffy but the room home was perfect for a relaxing family re-group. We had my daughter's two doggies and the house and backyard were a dream. The kitchen, the bedrooms, the open LR and kitchen opening onto the patio was superb. Only two issues: we used the pool and paid for it to be heated and that was well done. Problem with keeping it clean from all the leaves from blowing in. Once the landscapers came late in the week, the yard and hardscape were much better. The second negative was the water pressure in the kitchen sink and sometimes had warm, not hot water in the showers. But overall, we gave it an A. We would absolutely rent again. Thanks Brendon for sharing it with us.

Great Location and House for Large Group

The host Brendon was great. Maintained great communication throughout the process. House was just as pictured. Very clean. Lots of room and comfortable for our group of 9. Beds were super comfortable. Well stocked for staying in and cooking. Great central location close to Airport, and lots of nearby places to eat and grocery stores stores (Costco, Target, etc.). Highly recommend.

Overall our stay at Rancho Ventura was was pleasant and enjoyable. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable 4th of July weekend. Brendon was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed something and all of the instructions were clean. I would definitely book this stay again.

Awesome Stay in Phoenix!

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The entire place is well decorated, spacious and offers lots of privacy with large bedrooms. The yard is large, peaceful and has a lovely patio seating in the shade, including a nice outdoor dining table. The pool was also lovely. The kitchen is well equipped compared to other short term rentals we'd stayed and technology (Apple TV's, blazing fast internet) was appreciated. I'd note the very comfortable beds and linens, which we loved and offered a nice, quiet sleep. I would 100% stay here again!

Amazing stay for a bachelorette party!!

I rented this house for a short weekend stay for my sisters bachelorette party! I really enjoyed how this property was in close proximity to the airport & downtown Scottsdale/Old Town Scottsdale. Communication with the property manager and owner was quick. He even allowed for a late checkout as some of the girls had a later flight. The only issue we had was the vacuum in the pool wasn’t working, which wasn’t that big of a deal, but the owner was very responsive in attempting to troubleshoot it. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!!! Thank you.

Amazing home!

This house was perfect with a group of friends! It was very spacious, and the communal areas of the kitchen and living room were more roomy than the pictures indicate. It was very comfortable for a group of eight to stay here. The backyard is as depicted as well, and they have bags, and plenty of lounge chairs to make sure of it everyone is pleased. Would definitely rent again.

Really enjoyed my time here for our group of 6 girls. Great locations, plenty of street parking and easy to get around the town to major restaurants and attractions. The area felt safe and the home was exactly as listed on vrbo. I would definitely stay here again next time i'm in scottsdale!
