Grotto Falls Retreat is nestled in one of Scottsdale’s most desirable pockets, just minutes from the world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment of Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. This quiet, upscale neighborhood is known for its walkable streets, beautiful parks, and proximity to top golf courses including TPC Scottsdale, home of the Waste Management Open. Grocery stores, cafés, wellness studios, and everyday conveniences are all within a few minutes, making this location ideal for both short getaways and extended stays. With easy access to the 101 freeway, you’re perfectly positioned to explore all of Scottsdale and Greater Phoenix—Old Town, Desert Ridge, Mayo Clinic, and countless hiking trails are a quick drive away.



Getting Around:

This home offers seamless access to everything Scottsdale is known for. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are plentiful and arrive quickly in this area. Guests can reach Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter in under 5 minutes, and TPC Scottsdale, Mayo Clinic, and Desert Ridge Marketplace in approximately 7–10 minutes. The 101 Loop is less than 5 minutes away, providing fast connections to Old Town Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport, and premier hiking destinations like Pinnacle Peak and McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Wide streets and ample parking make it easy for guests traveling with multiple vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Heating: Pool heat is optional and utilizes propane, available at a rate of $100 per night or $500 per week. The spa is complimentary. Please request and confirm payment at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is heated upon check-in.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Strict No-Party Policy: We enforce a strict no-party policy in compliance with Scottsdale’s noise ordinances, which are taken seriously and could lead to fines or listing removal.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



Security Measures: The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entry and over the garage. These are used for monitoring occupancy and for emergency situations only.



Noise Monitoring: A Minut noise monitoring system is installed to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does not record sounds or conversations; it only monitors decibel levels.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
