Designed by Krafted Renovations, this 2,200-square-foot retreat blends elevated design with comfortable gathering spaces—perfect for family vacations, golf trips, and unforgettable Scottsdale stays.



Inside, the home showcases thoughtful design details and high-end furnishings throughout. The open living spaces are styled with modern finishes and warm textures that create an inviting atmosphere for relaxing and connecting.



The home offers four beautifully designed guest suites, each furnished with premium bedding, stylish décor, and comfortable layouts that create peaceful spaces to recharge after a day exploring Scottsdale.



Three spa-inspired bathrooms feature modern fixtures, clean design, and calming finishes that add to the home’s elevated feel.



One of the home’s standout features is the lower-level theater lounge, where guests can enjoy a true movie-night experience. The room includes a 100-inch projection screen, surround sound system, game table, and a Murphy queen bed, providing both entertainment and additional sleeping flexibility.

Other Things to Note:

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



A rinspotligh camera is installed to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency situations only.



Property includes a Minut noise monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
