Beautifully updated home close to everything Scottsdale has to offer- shopping, dining, golf, hiking, sports and more!

The perfect home for families or groups of any age, located in a quiet neighborhood.

The backyard has a putting green, swimming pool (NOT HEATED), floats, lounge chairs, umbrellas, shaded patio with ceiling fans and many seating options, lawn games and propane grill.

The single story home includes 2 distinct living areas with many seating options, a 50” smart TV, electric color-changing fireplace (optional heat), books and games. The separate dining room seats 6. There is a fully stocked kitchen including:
-Keurig and drip coffee maker, pods, and tea
-blender
-toaster
-crockpot
-pots, pans, cooking utensils
-basic cooking oils and spices
-bar essentials (wine, margarita, mule drinkwear; cocktail shaker/tools)

The secluded master suite features a king bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and workspace.

There are queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. There is a queen size air mattress for additional guests. The main bathroom includes double sinks, shower/tub, and door with direct access to the backyard.

I would consider this a very good vrbo It’s a comfortable home . Relaxing with back yard amenities like a pool, grill , cornhole and small putting practice green. The weather was great and we spent our spare time out on the patio Inside , I really liked that the oven had a built in air fryer. Things that were not mentioned on the amenities list. There is both a coffee pot and Keurig in the kitchen. In the evening, we curled up on the couch with the afghans to watch tv . Shampoo, conditioner were good quality . There are basic seasonings in the cabinet. The neighborhood was quiet . We had easy access to restaurants and shopping . The Honor Hospital is a 8 minute drive from this house. There is a Walmart within 5 miles that can supply every need you would have for basics ( it’s almost a city block long ) Otherwise Albertson is close . There is also a nice multi level indoor mall close by if you want to shop for clothes , etc. The hosts were very responsive to any inquiry and gladly took suggestions for the future. Very nice people. I would rent this home again . I’d rate it 8.75 out of 10.

Not much interaction with the host. We had an issue with finding the code to get into the home the day we arrived, our fault but the host never responded to our texts. The home was nice, the pool not being heated was like a tease beautiful to look at but not usable.

Great location, nice neighborhood. Convenient to freeways and Scottsdale shopping and dining.House was clean and nicely furnished. The pool was cold so did not swim. However, the weather was a little cold for pool use anyway.

This was the perfect spot for my family to rest for a couple of days. The pool and mini golf set were a great bonus! Would definitely stay here again in the future! The house was clean and in a nice quiet location. Highly recommend!

Our stay was so enjoyable as the home was sparkling clean plenty of space and a very well stocked kitchenThe location is perfect for Old Town visits as well as and trips to Prescott.etc.We walked the neighborhood and used the park daily.We only regretted that we could not stay longer..the home is perfect gem in Scottsdale. Our hosts were attentive and were easy to reach if necessary. A home and hosts we highly recommend.

The house was immaculate and very accommodating for our stay. Jennifer was great to work with coordinating additional dates after the initial reservation. This is the perfect location if you are staying on the east side. The house was literally 10-15 minutes from everything that I was in town to do. We will be back!

The house was super clean & we loved that! Nonetheless, we can’t give it a 5 star rating because we didn’t have hot water in the master bedroom. It was very hot in Scottsdale but a hot shower early morning was missed. The coffee pot should be replaced & a lemon squeezer & cheese shredder are needed. The house is very cute!
