Fantastiska South Scottsdale Home, precis avslutat en fullständig renovering av fastigheten, inklusive alla nya High end Finish, apparater och möbler !! Detta hem ligger inom några minuter från Old Town Scottsdale som har de bästa barerna och restaurangerna i Scottsdale. Också nära till fantastiska golfbanor, kasino, toppgolf och vårträningsspel!

Koppla av inuti med detta vackert renoverade fyra sovrum tre badrum hus med privat pool! Det finns 7 storskärms-TV i detta hus inklusive 65 "underhållningssystem i familjerummet. Familjerummet, köket och matsalen är stora och öppna för ett stort underhållande utrymme. Home har också anpassat spelrum med biljardbord och separat barområde, massor av kul !! I trädgården finns också en stor pool, matbord utomhus, eldstad, grill, jacuzzi, majshål och naturligtvis storbilds-TV!

Vår plats är bra för par, affärsresenärer, familjer och stora grupper. Sovrumslayouten är enligt följande:

Dave was a great host. We arrived early and was allowed to check in. The house was very very clean. The kitchen was stocked with spices, coffee, creamer, paper towels. The laundry room had detergent and pods if you wanted to wash clothes before leaving. The house is located not far from restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this home if traveling to Arizona.

Bachelorette Party 2025

My college roommate is saying I do next month and we held the bachelorette party in Scottsdale. This property stood out immediately on the website and EVERYTHING advertised was true! The owner Dave was super responsive, the pool was amazing, rooms and beds were very comfortable. The garage area had a pool table and there were plenty of pool floaties. 100% I recommend this property. Price was good, and the owner was very rapid in response to any questions we had. Early check in was granted, no problems entering or leaving property and the A/C kept us nice and cool in the hot Arizona sun. Very close to the airport and other happening spots in Scottsdale. 10 out of 10!

Excellent in all areas

Beds were very comfortable. Panty was well stocked. Took a minute to figure out the coffee maker. Cooked our meals and Kitchen worked well. Water pressure in main bath for shows was a bit weak. Overall location was great, close to Frys.

Well stocked, comfy beds & great communication

First, the good news! The owner/ manager is great at communication and answered all of my questions. The home was well stocked with towels, extra pillows, kitchen items, etc. A few members of my family and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was a great house with space for everyone. The beds are really comfortable which makes a vacation all the better in my opinion. The only downside is that the photos made this house look bigger than it is and it needs some TLC/ maintenance. Overall a great stay!!

Great house for a girls weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house near Old Town Scottsdale! Plenty of room for our group of 5 to recreate both indoors and outside on the back patio and pool area. We requested pool heat which was perfect for cooler October nights, and the hot tub was a hit! Easy Uber ride to and from Old Town, and only about 10-15 minutes from the Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter area. The host was very accommodating to our needs.

Girls Weekend

Bachelorette trip

This place is amazing and Dave is so nice and so responsive. We landed early and check in wasn’t until 1 pm and when we let him know he was able to get us in earlier than expected which was very accommodating and nice of him! The pool was extremely clean and the vibe of the place was clean and fresh, very relaxing. It’s 10 min from old town so getting there was easy. The backyard is stocked with chairs, a hot tub, grill, etc. and also there are enough towels for a 20 person group which was very very nice. The convenience of having laundry in the house was great. Overall a wonderful stay. Would 110% recommend staying here!!!
