The Space

No detail is overlooked in this home, designed to accommodate every type of vacation for groups large or small. You’ll have your own private resort-inspired HEATED pool with a new filtration system (additional fee for heat), an onsite roll-out mini putting green, lawn games, a hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and a large pool-side gazebo.

Upon entering, a grand circular staircase welcomes you, leading your gaze across the expansive foyer adorned with craftsman details—handsome flooring, banisters, and pillars. The living room features a sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, and an 80" flatscreen TV—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.

The rec room centers around a massive sofa facing a 70” flatscreen TV, ideal for catching all your favorite cable channels, including ESPN, Discovery, History, A&E, TNT, and HGTV! You’ll find a modern pool table in the adjacent billiards room.

But wait, there’s more! The stunning chef’s kitchen awaits, boasting sleek custom cabinets including a built-in oven/microwave tower, a walk-in pantry, huge granite center island with built-in gas range top and counter space for your culinary adventures. All stainless steel appliances including an extra-large refrigerator, and an ultra-quiet Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy casual dining at the granite-top bar or sit down in the elegant dining area.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with name-brand furniture and linens.
