This tri-level home offers a spacious 2,490 square feet, with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Entering the home through the front door, you'll step right into the main living area with an open floor plan holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: The sofa and charming accent chairs provide ample seating. Relax and watch your favorite shows on the 55” Smart TV or snuggle by the gas fireplace. The sliding patio doors offer easy access to the patio.

Second Living Room: The basement living room is perfect for movie nights, featuring a brand-new 82" TV and a cozy sectional sofa for ultimate relaxation. For additional sleeping, there is a queen size sleeper sofa available.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space, simplifying meal preparation. The bar top provides seating for four, making it an excellent spot for entertaining!

Dining Room: The dining area accommodates six guests and seamlessly opens to the resort-style backyard.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Primary Bedroom 1 (Upper Level)— King size bed, 55” Smart TV and walk in closet. The en suite bathroom offers a double vanity with large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head.

Primary Bedroom 2 (Lower Level)– King size bed, 48” Smart TV. The en suite bathroom offers double sink and walk in shower.

Bedroom 3 (Upper Level)– Queen size bed and access to shared bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (Upper Level)– Two Twin size beds and access to shared bathroom.

Full shared bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.

Half Bathroom.

Outdoor spaces:
Take advantage of the numerous amenities offered by this resort-style backyard, which includes a private pool and hot tub that can be heated for an additional fee. The pool features an expansive baja step, perfect for lounging or a playful area for children. The fully covered patio is equipped with bench seating and a Smart TV for added convenience. Delight in the charming patio swing during sunny afternoons and unwind in the evening beside the built-in natural gas fire pit with comfortable outdoor seating. The backyard is also outfitted with a variety of outdoor games, such as cornhole, giant Connect Four, giant Jenga, and the oversized "Bucket Pong" game.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pool & Hot Tub: Private, heated for a fee. For families with children, a custom pool fence is available for an additional cost.
