Scottsdale desert Oasis med pool!

Den rymliga 3 bäddar 2. 5 badrum hem med pool och bara några korta miles till Old Town Scottsdale & Tempe, Mill Avenue. Fastigheten ligger i ett säkert tystare nyare samhälle i Scottsdale & är en semesteruthyrning på heltid som börjar i januari 2020. Utmärkt för familjer med barn, par, soloäventyrare och affärsresenärer som jag själv. Jag har precis avslutat en stor high end ombyggnad på den här egenskapen & varje rum är vackert! Nya bilder kommer snart att laddas upp för att ersätta befintliga foton. Mina semesterbostäder har fler bekvämligheter än någon annan fastighet du hittar! Låt inte bristen på recensioner stänga av dig eftersom det är en helt ny notering som börjar i januari.

Great place!

Three dads on an annual boys spring training baseball trip. Stayed for a week. House location is perfect for ballparks, restaurants, bars. House has everything you need and is very private.Will book this again

Excellent house!

This may be the best VRBO house we have ever stayed in. Matthew has thought of everything to make your stay in this house as comfortable as possible from a super easy check-in, prompt communication, pristine cleanliness, and over the top amenities (snacks, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, pool toys, multiple towels, etc). The location is great too- just a few miles from the airport, zoo, butterfly wonderland, museum of illusion, and old town. We also paid extra for the heated pool which was totally worth it (we stayed there in February). What a great vacation, we can’t wait to go back!

Excellent house & host!

My family of 3 stayed at this property over Christmas & we had the best week! The house was very clean & well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with pantry staples & a variety of small appliances to meet almost any need.There were plenty of linens, including lots of pool towels. We spent lots of time in the heated pool/spa everyday. The heated pool was the main driving factor for choosing this particular property. This pool got warmer than any other rental house pool we’ve had over the last 5 years. There were tons of board games, dvds, & the arcade games were a blast.There were ceiling fans in each bedroom, as well as extra fans in each bedroom closet which we also appreciated.The theatre seating in the loft was so nice that we are looking into getting something similar for our home!The host, Matthew, was incredibly responsive to our questions & a pleasure to work with.I can’t state enough how much we enjoyed our visit. We’ll definitely check availability for any of Matthew’s rental properties for our next visit to Scottsdale!Thanks!

Scottsdale delight.

Spent thanksgiving week with the family here and loved the house. Cooking turkey and fixings was no problem at all. Pool area is great, theater room and game area as well. Mathew is a great host who responded promptly to us. Will stay again for sure!!

Exceeded our expectations!

Our family had an amazing time during our first trip to AZ! The property was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was perfectly set-up for both kids and adults alike. The movie theater room, the arcade area and the pool were over-and-above additions that added to our overall experience. Couldn't have asked for more!

Great pool and outdoor environment. Inside had a great arcade setup and cinema room. The main bath was nicely remodeled. Very clean and nicely appointed overall. Excellent communication with the VRBO mgr. One of the only properties I would return to for another stay.

Great Stay for Family

Safe and quiet neighborhood, close to airport and all amenities. House is safe for children, additional lock high on the sliding door to pool -peace of mind they cannot wander into the back yard alone. Kids did not want to leave! Areas for adults to relax after a day of swimming and exploring the region.

Perfect for our needs!

The house was immaculately clean, family friendly, and beautiful. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. House had plenty to entertain kids- gorgeous pool w sun shelf and spa, several arcade games, foosball, and a sega and PlayStation gaming console! Close to Old Town via a quick drive, but not walkable. Perfect quiet getaway tucked inside a residential neighborhood. Close to everything. The host was responsive, friendly, and pleasant. We would happily stay here again !

Perfect graduation headquarters

We were in Phoenix for college graduation and this was a great spot for the coming and going of our graduate and family visiting from Tucson. We had a great time using the theater space and the hot tub and heated pool, both of which were set at perfect temperatures.

We loved it! There were 4 of us and it was everything we needed. The pool and hot tub and backyard were amazing! Media loft was great! Game room got a lot of usage! Easy check in and check out. Spring Break in Scottsdale

My wife, teenage daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at this home. The first Marvel and Star Wars arcade games were a blast for downtime. The pool and hot tub were perfectly heated, super clean, and a great respite. The entertainment options were awesome and were very easy to navigate. All accommodations were thoughtful with nice 5-star touches. The neighborhood was quiet and well located to get to activities in Phoenix and Scottsdale. Matthew was a phenomenal host and very responsive to questions. We will definitely consider a return trip to this property or others managed by the same host. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home, very relaxing

Came down from Idaho to get out of the cold. The home is beautiful and, more importantly, very clean. The pool and backyard were amazing! Awesome location with quick and easy access to the 101. Matthew was great with communication and ensuring our comfort. He’s very organized. We loved how is home is modernized with “Alexa” commands and convenient QR codes. Good job Matthew!
