Perfect house in nice neighborhood. Spacious house that has all the essentials you need to stay. Comfy beds, essentials in the kitchen (coffee Keurig with plenty of pods etc), 3 nice size bedrooms. Host was easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to Rangers and Royals spring training facility and fields. Padres was only 10-15 minutes away. Great food options close by.

Outstanding Property

We’ve stayed at rental houses before. This house was fully stocked with paper goods, bath towels, beach towels, quality pots and pans etc They had a Weber grill which came in handy. I’d absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful Surprise home in prime location.

We had a wonderful vacation in this home, the house is very clean and comfortable in a nice quiet community. The location was ideal within a couple miles of several restaurants and shopping. The host, Lori was extremely responsive and accommodating. We went to the hurricane waterpark which was fun but most days we spent enjoying the heated pool. The house is fully stocked with everything from beach towels, pool toys, bikes, cooking utensils, spices for cooking, bbq, and more. We had a wonderful time, hope to be back soon. water park one day

Arizona getaway-OSU baseball- Go Beavs!

This beautiful home was perfect. It was close to the baseball stadium and easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent. We loved the opportunity to leave the ice and snow behind in Portland.Thank you

Great Area, Clean Home

The home was very clean and Lori was responsive when we had questions. Our only feedback would be to improve the water pressure in the showers. Location worked well, great golf courses near by.

Best Vrbo

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. I've had questionable luck with VRBO's. This, by far. Is one of the best I've stayed at. The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was great. The city of Surprise was so clean. There are so many things to do near by. Went hiking at White Tank mountains. Went to the Sutprise park which has a large water feature. I would stay here again!!!!

Wonderful home!

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything needed to cook meals and entertain. Owner was available to answer all questions very quickly. Neighborhood was central to lots of stores, and walking distance to a major grocery store. I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the AZ weather. The pool was a great plus- especially in the afternoon!

Wonderful vacation home

Great home to say in on our vacation. The owners are a pleasure to communicate with. The home was wonderfully clean. The pool was clean, had plenty of pool floats and LOTS of pool towels. The neighborhood was pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this vacation home to my family and friends.

Great Girls Weekend!

We just wanted a nice, chill, relaxing weekend with friends & thats exactly what we got! The home is fully-stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking & there's a good grocery store within a few miles of the house. The pool is lovely & private & just perfect for floating around with a cocktail. The beds are comfortable & linen very nice. An excellent experience all around.

AMAZING!!

So often vacation homes fail to meet the expectations set by the online photos and description....this one exceeded every expectation we had. Clean, well furnished, supplied with anything we might need including 2 coffee pots, tons of kitchen equipment, good appliances, plenty of pool towels, a basket of sunscreen, extra blankets and pillows....I could go on and on. The pool was warm and sparkling and plenty of pool floats and toys...excellent landscaping...covered patio and plenty of outdoor furniture. This was one of the best vacation rentals, overall, that I have stayed at...reasonable price, great neighborhood and a value. There was some plane noise but not enough to to affect our enjoyment. Stay here if you have a chance, its great.

Beautiful Home in Surprise!

This home is very lovely, comfortable, and centrally located. The owners were always responsive to our questions. The decor is very tasteful, the kitchen well stocked, and the outdoor space is great. Lori’s attention to detail makes this home feel very welcoming. This is certainly a place I would return to!

Beautiful home!

We had wonderful experiences during both of our stays in this home. It's a beautiful place, well-equipped with everything we needed. My kids had a great time in the pool and the home had more than enough room for the 7 of us. The home owners were also very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying in this here!

Comfortable place to Weather the Heat

My wife, I, and our 4 adult children shared the house for a funeral stay. It was a pleasant retreat from the cares of the funeral and allowed us to relax and reconnect with our Arizona memories and each other.

My wife and I along with our daughter, her husband and three children stayed here. We were visiting for my wife’s fathers 94th birthday. He lives in Sun City West. This home was perfect for all of us. Great pool time and wind down time for all of us. Convenient location. The homeowner was alway available, and made us feel very welcome. Home was very well maintained, and well equipped with all kitchen equipment, and bath accessories. Very relaxing stay. We will definitely consider for next trip to AZ.
