- 2nd Bedroom has a King size bed, desk or make-up vanity depending on how you want to utilize it! And the bathroom is just steps away.

- 3rd Bedroom has two twin beds.

- 4th Bedroom has two twin beds.

- 3rd bathroom is located in front of the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.

POOL HEATING:

**From October 15th to May 15th, the pool will be heated between 82/84 degrees for an additional $75/day for the duration of your stay**

Guests have the entire house to themselves. We want you to feel comfortable using the home as if it’s your own! We live close by and can easily be there if needed.

The house is located less than 2 miles away from Old Town Scottsdale and about 7 miles from the airport. The neighborhood is safe. It is a quiet family oriented neighborhood located close to everything!



2 cars can park on the driveway and street parking is available.
