EARLY CHECK IN OPTIONS
- We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24hrs before check-in to see if our schedule allows it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in isn't possible.

LATE CHECK OUT?
- Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, please consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL?
- Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations of two companies that provide luggage storage.

IS THE POOL HEATED?
-YES. Pool is heated at no charge UPON REQUEST, We must have two days notice. The pool can be heated October 1st through April 30th. No pool fence, practice caution around children.

-YES, we have an air compressor to inflate your own pool special floats you wish to bring with you. We may have a small selection of pool floats available.

CONTENT TRADE? -No. We do not offer stays in exchange for content.

PETS? No pets are allowed

No events or Parties

You'll be staying in our beautifully curated home filled with meaningful decor, quality furnishings and all of the necessities to ensure a comfortable stay. Unlike a hotel, though, we ask that you keep our home tidy and in good condition. Any damages to linens, decor, furniture and fixtures or trash/confetti/glitter strewn about will be charged after checkout. Remove all decorations and DO NOT PUT TAPE ON THE WALLPAPER. Accidents happen! If you find that an incident has occurred, we would be so appreciative if you could let us know prior to checkout.

Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am POOL: Do not remove the POOL CHLORINATORS.

Do Not attach permanent hooks to the walls or tape anything to the wallpaper causing damage!!!

BY BOOKING GUESTS AGREE TO POOL WAIVER AND RULES
The pool does not have a fence, so take that into consideration if you'll have children in tow.

GUEST SWIM IN POOL AT THEIR OWN RISK
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: You understand that you using the swimming pool at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the swimming pool. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the swimming pool while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the swimming pool if pregnant. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from your guests' use of swimming pool.

This vacation rental is located in a residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am and guests are asked to be mindful of neighbors. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. Any fines will be passed onto the guests. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
