POOL HEATING COST: Heated pool option is available for $50 per day. Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival if you choose to have the pool heated. NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***. All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.***

EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.
