To Ensure a Respectful Stay for All
No unauthorized parties, large gatherings, or third-party bookings (i.e. someone booking on behalf of another person).
Do not dispose of solid food or oil in the sink to avoid plumbing issues.
No mail or package deliveries accepted at the property – please arrange deliveries to your home address.
The garage fits only sedans or medium vehicles. A driveway is available for guest use. Street parking is not allowed.
Pool & Grill Use
Pool and spa are not heated
A BBQ grill is available. Grates are brushed between guests, but not deep-cleaned.
If the grill brush is missing, you may purchase one and we will reimburse you — or contact us and we’ll deliver one to you during reasonable hours.
Check-Out Guidelines
If you received a physical key, please return it to the lockbox.
Set the A/C to 80°F upon check-out. This is a preventative measure advised by HVAC professionals to avoid damage or outages — particularly during winter months (Dec–Feb).
During Your Stay
If something is not to your satisfaction, please let us know on the day of check-in so we can resolve it promptly.
While we strive to prevent issues, things like power outages, HVAC problems, or water heater malfunctions may occasionally occur. In such cases:
We promise to respond and resolve the issue within 24 hours.
Refunds or discounts are not offered if the issue is resolved within this timeframe.

Please treat the home with care as if it were your own.
No mandatory check-out chores — we just kindly ask that you pick up after yourselves and leave the home in good shape.

NOTE: We abide by city, county and state regulations as well as have a duty to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood , fight children trafficking and other illegal activities that's why we have partnered with Truvi for guest screening.
- Before your booking begins, you'll need to verify your details through Know Your Guest / Truvi. You'll also have the option to choose between paying a refundable security deposit or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver. We recommend choosing the damage waiver as it provides protection in case of accidental damage during your stay.
Please note that after your reservation is confirmed, you'll be asked to validate certain information about yourself and select one of the following two options:
1. Damage Waiver/Application AMT in Truvi.
OR
2. Security Deposit (refundable) =AMT could take 5-10 business days max
-These measures are taken to help prevent unauthorized large gatherings/ Parties , Disruptions to the Neighbors/Neighborhood, 3rd party bookings (Person using someone else's profile)
- Please be aware of the requirement for TRUVI as there are "NO REFUNDS" due to not wanting to comply with this verification software.
- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.
- NO smoking on the premises.
- Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging.
- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on booking platforms where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.
- Kindly note that the garage can only accommodate sedan or medium-sized vehicles. However, we have the convenience of a driveway available for your use. Street parking, unfortunately, is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
- Pool and spa not heated.
- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it's missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.
***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you've received one)
- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit If your stay is from December to February. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
- Please keep in mind if something is not to your satisfaction, please let us know upon the day you check in. We will make sure to make it right. We cannot control acts of nature and occasional things breaking or needing service such as HVAC, water heater, power going out, etc, but we do promise that we will act on it immediately and find a resolution within 24 hours of your notice. That being said, we do not offer any discounts or refunds if these things happen and if they are fixed within that time frame.
- Please treat this home as if it were your own. We don't want you to work on your vacation, so we don't have any mandatory check out procedure. We just simply ask If you could pick up after yourselves and leave the house in good shape. We would appreciate it.
