Additional info:
Dogs are allowed for $25 per night per pet, no cats, please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick it up after your dog.
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture.
Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors.
The house is outfitted with noise monitoring devices, which measures noise decibels (does not record), in an effort to be maintain respectful noise levels from the surrounding neighborhood.
