“Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was amazing and friendly. We were greeted and welcomed by four staff members they were very helpful. Pool was clean and very nice my kids and I enjoyed our swim. Room was very clean beds were so soft clean and comfortable everything was excellent. Breakfast was delicious very clean area and plenty to choose from. Definitely going to be staying at this hotel when we go back to Phoenix. ”

“The property was beautiful. There were many areas to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. We enjoyed walking around the grounds and using the family pool and the adults only pool. The drinks at the pool were delicious and the customer service was great. The room was spacious and had a patio with a lounge bed and chairs. The bathroom felt like a spa bathroom. “This is a great hotel. I’ve been staying at a whole bunch of different hotels over the past year and this is absolutely one of the best when it comes to service, room (I love the concrete floor in the room) and pool area.
Tip: avoid the Cartel coffee shop. At 10.30 on a Saturday they were already out of yoghurt, croissants etc. Luckily they still had coffee, but only one size and it wasn’t good (but expensive). The staff in the coffeeshop also were pretty unfriendly.”
