âLocated in the heart of the historical centre is great but lively. 1 night we heard loads of fireworks going off around the corner for 10 minutes for seemingly no apparent reason. It was also tricky to get to from train station. Metro was closed so we ended up walking. Even in a car, the area is not accessible. The place itself was stylishly furnished and the balcony overlooking the popular tourist street was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay. â
âMassimo was very friendly and a great host! The room was very clean and the whole place newly renovated so everything was very fresh. Good breakfast on a cosy roof terrace. We were overall very happy with our stay!â

âThe bed was a full and not a queen. The pillow casing was dirty and there was pee on the toilet ring. We asked the host to bring us new pillow case and the key to the elevator that didn't work. It took her 6 hours to get us the pillow case (after asking 3 times) and we never got the elevator key so we had to walk the stairs 4 times.
Day after when asking for the elevator key again she said we can us 10 cent for the elevator and she didint pick up when we called. Only answered text messages.

âThis has been my favorite lodging of our two-week trip to Italy! The staff is incredibly kind, proactive, helpful, and knowledgeableâthe best we have had in Italy. The suite we booked was large, modern, clean, and had an amazing jacuzzi large enough for two. It also had two large smart TVs. They also gave us a delicious bottle of wine. Everything was wonderful. âThe room was great. The beds are a little firm but much more preferable than too soft for us. There are 2 heavy gates to access the property plus the locked door to the lobby then finally our room so safety was never a concern. Han var Ă€ven tillgĂ€nglig under hela vistelsen via whatsapp vilket kĂ€ndes tryggt. FrĂ€scha rum med dusch, toalett och bidet och vĂ€ldigt fin balkong som man delar med de tvĂ„ andra rummen. âWe had an amazing stay at Piccole Donne. Titti has the unit beautifully decorated and well stocked. She is exceedingly nice and very responsive to text if we had any questions. She even had a map of good restaurants and places to visit readily available. We would love to come back.
The only thing to be aware of is the unit is on the 4th floor and there are no elevators, so this unit would not suit anyone with mobility concerns. â

"The staff at this hotel is amazing!
Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter.
Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that.
Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.
