“We had a great stay at Musto Suites, excellent location. Andrea was very charming and helpful, he served us a lovely breakfast. We had booked a double room but at check in, Andrea offered us a bigger room that was available, we appreciated the bigger space and could see ancient ruins from one of the windows. “The bed was a full and not a queen. The pillow casing was dirty and there was pee on the toilet ring. We asked the host to bring us new pillow case and the key to the elevator that didn't work. It took her 6 hours to get us the pillow case (after asking 3 times) and we never got the elevator key so we had to walk the stairs 4 times. Day after when asking for the elevator key again she said we can us 10 cent for the elevator and she didint pick up when we called. Only answered text messages. ”
