“Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. ”

“Francesco was awesome! He was very helpful with giving a list of things to do in Pisa. He included some small things for breakfast along with fresh bread which was awesome and very helpful. Check-in process was quick and efficient, where he was there to walk through the property and answer any questions I had. 11/10 would recommend you to stay here when in Pisa as the location was perfect. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Francesco is an excellent host who met us on-site to give instructions. The breakfast items were a great touch and much appreciated. The apartment is spotless, and the beds are comfortable. We loved the location, within a few steps there is a cafe, it's close to the tower and the shopping street across the river. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Run away! Unless you’re an 18 year old student or a local. Under no circumstances should you book this place for your holiday. It stated we were getting “full house” on the website. What we got were two very light beds practically tight together and an en-suite not big enough to swing a cat in. To be fair it was clean but that was the one and only plus. There was no kitchen to speak of apart from a microwave and fridge in the communal entrance hall, no kettle, nowhere to make a cup of tea...

Perfekt läge, rent, fräscht!

"Perfekt läge intill piazza dei Miracoli. Modernt inredda, ljusa och fräscha rum med sköna sängar. Tyst såtillvida att ljud utifrån inte hördes pga bra fönster. Dock lyhört mot trapphus där receptionens tv och konversationer hördes tydligt till andra våningen. Inget stort problem dock eftersom receptionen stängde vid midnatt. "

Stunning view and

"A beautiful house in the mountains. The view is so stunning that no picture can do justice to it. It’s in the mountains, quiet, authentic and peaceful, yet close to Lucca, 10 minutes to the closest supermarket. Great gardens around the house, which are very well maintained. We were extremely well taken cared of By the owner Massimo. He was very kind and attentive. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We hade more than everything we needed. I’d love to go back to the house again! Thank you Massimo! "
