“As a follow guest said to me, some places do not live up to the pictures on the Internet, however, this Villa exceeded the online presence. Great location to relax by the lakeside. It has access to all you need, wineries, golf, shopping and Tourism. Easy access to Montepulciano, Perugia, Assisi, etc. We have travelled to Italy several times and this location and Villa have been the best.”

“The house is really nice and well organize. The view is incredible on all the region. One or two points need to be improved. The outside table on the terrasse is only with 6 chairs and the house is for 16 people. The kitchen is the only room where you may make some renovation. And last point to improve, need to explain that the water is only dricable in the kitchen !! For all the reste the house is incredible and the person living next to the house, really helpfull. “Nous avons été très bien accueilli. La maison est spacieuse ainsi que la piscine. Le tout très bien entretenu et bien équipé. Nous avons pris le service traiteur. C'était excellent. Tout était réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances. ”

Vi var der under hedebølge og huset blev meget varmt- også om natten, hvor man kunne ønske sig en aircondition. Vejen var i forfærdelig dårlig stand med kæmpe huller, men vi vænnede os til den i vores lille lejebil (der heldigvis havde fuld forsikring på støddæmpere). “Roberta, war eine super Gastgeberin. Der Kontakt vor und auch während des Aufenthaltes lief absolut problemlos. Roberta hat immer sofort reagiert und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend ein kleines bisschen Abseits von Perugia. Es ist alles schnell und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub und können Roberta mit ihrer Unterkunft nur empfehlen, ”
