Welcome to BEARADISE BLISS, 2600 SQ FT 4 bedroom POOL CABIN, 1.5 miles from Pigeon Forge Parkway and 5 miles from Dollywood. Enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountain and many attractions nearby all day and return to our cozy cabin to relax. Swim all year around in your own private heated indoor pool or relax in our 7 seater hot tub. Amenities include dedicated parking for 2 cars plus, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, 2 arcade games/air hockey, and comfortably sleeps 12!

*Main Level: 1 Bedroom with king bed and ensuite full bathroom, full kitchen w/ dining table for 6-7 and washer and dryer room, living room with smart TV and comfortable seats, half bathroom

*2nd Floor: Loft with air hockey with sitting sofa chairs; two king bedrooms with a shared private full bathroom

*Basement: Queen over queen bunkbed with private bathroom, private indoor pool, 7-seater hot tub on private porch with outdoor fireplace and smart TV. Also has a common area with TV and queen sleeper sofa and Ms PacMan arcade and Street Fighter arcade.

*Deck: Spacious deck with outdoor dining table for 6 and rocking chairs

★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, 4 slice toaster, blender, slow cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, Keurig coffee maker.
(Food items are not provided due to international Covid travel guideline. We recommend guest to stock up supplies before arrival)

★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, travel size shampoo/conditioner/body shampoo/bar soap, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container in front parking area. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups.

★ HOT TUB AND POOL:
Private Hot Tub for 7
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Private Indoor Pool
We have an indoor heated pool, the temperature is preset to a lukewarm temperature (about 84 degrees). Please note that any activity during use of property and especially in the pool is the responsibility of the renter. All adults must be physically present in the pool room with their children. Please keep the pool door locked at all times when not in use. Pool is 4 ft deep, and absolutely No Diving is allowed. We are not responsible for any negligence or accidents during the stay.

PacMan, Street Fighter in common area in basement and Air hockey table in Loft upstairs

★ SECURITY:
Ring floodlight security camera at the front entrance (please do not touch)
NO Indoor Cameras

★ PETS: ALLOWED WITH RESTRICTIONS
House-trained pets are welcomed; $200 for 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that VRBO only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via VRBO payment center. We ask guests to bring pet cage/enclosure to keep under control.

★ SMOKING:
We do not allow smoking indoors

★ FIRES:
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

★ REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. We do not give refunds due to weather conditions, late arrivals, early departures, guests' fear of driving in the mountains, nor power outages. If you feel you may have travel concerns, we suggest purchasing Travel/Cancellation Insurance through a carrier of your choice for added peace of mind. Snow chain or 4 x 4 wheel is strongly recommended during the winter months from November to March.

Perfect cabin experience with indoor pool and hot tub to enjoy when we got back from exploring the Smoky Mountains and all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg has to offer! The house was very clean and had everything we needed including washer and dryer! Our hosts replied within minutes of any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Family came in for family reunion and this cabin was perfect. Loved the pool and hot tub. Deck in back was perfect for hanging out and even got to watch the squirrels playing in the trees. Hosts were super responsive and helpful to every question. Close to all attractions just off the parkway but still quiet. And great view of the fireworks at Dollywood every night. Definitely recommend.

Spacious cabin so conveniently located to all the activities in Pigeon Forge. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were generous in size. The main deck had plenty of space and seating and is even partially covered. We sat outside and enjoyed a good thunderstorm. Our son took one of the upstairs bedrooms and really enjoyed the sitting area in the loft. Of course the pool was a plus. Everything was clean and neatly arranged. The host was generous with the "getting started" supplies. Great communication throughout and easy, clear checkout process. We would gladly stay here again.

Lovely property just a few minutes drive to the main drive in Pigeon Forge. The hot tub and pool kept the kids busy on not ideal weather days. Good layout with plenty of beds for everyone. Well thought of decor and cute as well! Really appreciated the extra towels and pool towels. Great stay!

We had an amazing time at this cabin. The location was great, close to so many activities in Pigeon Forge. The pool was AWESOME for the rainy days. My kids loved it. Check in and check out was a breeze. Plenty of space for everyone. If we’re ever in the area we will be staying here again.

Great place to stay in Pigeon Forge. It’s close to everything while still being removed from the traffic. Close to Dollywood. Home had plenty of space for two families. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything. Check in and check out was very simple. If in the area again, we would stay here.

Location was convenient to town but far enough away for some mountain feel. Plenty of space for everyone. Houses are very close p and parking is tight. Extra sets of towels and washcloths would have been helpful.

We visited Pigeon Forge for my wife’s birthday and couldn’t be happier about finding this amazing location to stay. The house was perfect for my family of 6 though it definitely could’ve slept a lot more. The amenities were that of being home plus a small pool and a hot tub made it even better. The beds were comfortable, the full kitchen stocked with all the utensils needed and tvs in every room. My kids enjoyed staying in the basement bedroom near the game room and pool in their giant queen sized bunkbeds. The master bedroom on the main floor was large with a great king size bed and a very spacious bathroom. My other children enjoyed their own rooms on the top floor with their own king size beds and a shared bathroom. The location was perfect for visiting all the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions, dining and entertainment. I really like how close it was to everything and tucked just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel like we were staying at a cabin/house in the woods. I would chose this location over any hotel, motel or condo as the price point was perfect, the size of the house was huge and you don’t get bothered by the neighbors.

We had a great trip! It was amazing for all couples to have their own bathroom and still allowed the one kiddo to sleep in their own room. Unfortunately one of the mattresses appeared broken on one side but we only used the pack n play in this room and the host stated he would address this promptly after our departure. This house has something for everyone with the hot tub, pool and lovely deck space!

Three generations of family came together and stayed and had a great time! Since the stairs would not have worked great for the grandparents, they stayed on the main level and the other 2 families took the bottom floor and top floor. The amount of space was perfect for the 9 of us. We had some issues and noticed a couple of broken items, but the owner was incredibly responsive. We definitely appreciated that! The owner mentioned that we may see millipedes, but we didn't see any. We noticed ants and flies on our last day around the trash cans outside, but that was it. We didn't even see many bugs on the back deck. This particular cabin gave us a nice view of the Dollywood fireworks and drone show. It was close enough to see, but far enough where the booms did not bother the younger children. We had such a great time, there were tears between the younger cousins when we had to leave. Thank you for making this such a memorable time for us!
