“Property was nice and lots of shops nearby, the only problem was our shower was draining, we got to the hotel very late (2am) so we didn’t realize till this morning when it was time to get ready and check out. ”

“Was never told about daily parking fee nor did it show up on the receipt untill days after I checked out, then I received a separate receipt for parking.”

“This was a terrible experience. I booked the suite to surprise my wife for her birthday. I had a lot planned but when I get there I was told the room I booked was out of order. Nobody informed me of this prior to me arriving. It was very disappointing especially with it being a special occasion for my wife. I am very displeased! ”

“Smooth check-in, easy parking, and great lobby space with koi fish. We enjoyed having a drink in the lobby by the fish. During the winter holidays, the lobby gets extra decorations. Clean, comfortable room. There is freeway noise on the freeway side, but that’s everywhere in Houston.”

“The kitchen and full size fridge is what sold us! Room was clean, bedding was nice and soft, beds were pretty comfortable as well. Would stay again! ”

The shower can take the Sprite shower hand wand filter handle. I'm allergic to chlorine and fluoride so this adaptability is very important to me. Thank you! ”

“Perfect with two king beds and a large sofa bed for a family with three kids. Bubble bath, micro wave, 2 mega tv:s. The ventilation was not good and windows could not be opened. The dryer in the laundry room was broken, but they had a good breakfast and overall it was the best hotel we had out of 6 this vacation, all the same price level. Good price for this quality.”

“When we first went into the lobby I could barely hear the person checking us in because one of the machines in the lobby was so loud. When we went up to our room we found that the door was wide open. And all the rooms have exterior doors. This was concerning. When we verified that there was nothing or no one in our room we realized that the room smelled like a damp locker room. Breakfast options included a waffle, cereal, or snack cakes. That’s it.
