“Nice little hotel. Great views. Breakfast was good. All the staff and owner were very friendly. ”

“I was so chocked by the state of the room and lack of service provided by this hotel I returned the key immediately after been showed around by the receptionist and left for another hotel close by. The rooms are dated, damp and dark. The kitchen oven and the refrigerator wasn’t clean. The manager and the receptionist were very polite. This hotel wasn’t really covid compliant, guests were not using masks in the lobby . ”

“Nothing wrong with this hotel but the price is probably too expensive for what it is. Punta del Este is indeed quite overrated.”

“We got to our room, and the bathroom smelled horrible! I notified the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would contact management and see if they would authorize a move to another room. He later came to our room and said the request was denied. He sprayed some “perfume” in the drains and told us to leave the fan on, and left. That didn’t help.
