We found the cigarette smell at the entrance a little off putting but inside was clean and tidy and we enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. Close to shops and easily walkable, with added benefit of being fully fenced for the safety and security of our dogs. Delwyn and Lloyd were fantastic hosts, with heating and lights on for our arrival as well as providing some freshly baked goods, and in touch if we needed them. 10/10 would book again!”

“Forest House is warm, comfortable, spacious and attractively furnished. It is in a private and quiet setting close to Lake Ferry and Martinborough. The cleaning fee was on the high side for just 2 people, but it was very clean and well maintained and there was no problem keeping warm in winter with the fire and Air conditioning. Great communication, enjoyed our time at Forest House. Only thing we missed was a normal sized oven tray and a normal sized cheese grater! Other than that, perfect.”
