“Lovely hotel in a building from the 1920´s in a perfect and quiet location in Pisa, beautifully renovated! Very close to the Leaning tower and the train station Pisa S. Rossore. Staff very helpful with suggestions and directions. Nice buffet breakfast( not included) and amazing outdoor patio facing the garden for both breakfast or cocktails. ”

“In general a very basic hotel. I booked a Junior Suite (as the booking price then was the same as a standard room, but bormally it’s not). The extra space though did not contribute in any way to more comfort, actually just a greater distance to the small and worn out bathroom. Don’t get fooled by the pictures, the “decor” in the room not very appealing. Breakfast was the worst I had so far in Italy. We loved the ambiance of the hotel as well as the rooftop pool and bar. We ate dinner in the restaurant and watched the sunset. The staff—at every point—was kind and helpful. “This was a good experience! We were welcomed by the owners son, who made us feel very welcome and made us 2 fresh cappuccinos on arrival. The view of the landscape from this location was breathtaking. The room was very pretty with exposed brickwork and arches. The amenities in the room were very much appreciated and useful - washing machine, a rack to dry clothing, hairdryer, TV, tea a coffee etc. The olive shower gel and hand wash smelt amazing! “We enjoyed our stay at Laqua Vineyard so much that we stayed an extra night. What an absolute joy. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. 5-star service all around. “Great value for your money, very nice property in the middle of vineyards, good for day trips by car to Florence, Pisa and Lucca, but if your are tired of travelling the town or Pontedera has also plenty of restaurants”
