“A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). “One of my favorite home rentals! What a cute little cottage, so cozy and comfortable. Totally private entrance and little patio outside. The house was super clean, comfortable bed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need and more, they thought of everything! Even water bottles in the fridge and a handheld mirror, which were such nice touches that really came in handy. Also in a perfect area - great neighborhood for a walk and walking distance to downtown. Will 100% rent again if back...

“A big place for one person or two. Impressive kitchen & bathroom. Roomy and well appointed. Has a dineing table for two since it was not created for large parties. If you want to cook the kitchen will serve you well. One can see the care taken in the choice of fixtures & appliances used in the location. Yes, the wooden stairs are steep and could use a bit more light.”

You could even go right out the back way and down the stairs.Beautifully decorated and very clean. They even had some beer in the fridge for us! We stayed two week nights and the noise from the outdoor bar directly next did pick up around 9 PM but since all the bedrooms are facing away from that area it wasn't an issue. My son slept in the family room so he reported the noise to me....
