âNext to a busy through road, and almost out in the country on the other side, this motel was relatively quiet with recently updated rooms. It was easily accessed by car. Stayed alone in a four-bed room which would be a bit crammed for four persons with luggage. Service was very friendly. Wifi good and many tv channels. âWe arrived early at the property. We thought we could just leave our luggages and explore the area as we waited for check in time. The reception staff was very kind to check if our room was ready and since it was, she let us check in early which we really appreciate. The room was really good and very clean. âWe had a fantastic experience at Mercure Rouse Hill. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.
One of the highlights was the convenience of the location. Itâs close to everything we needed, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and easy access to local attractions. The on-site facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were also a great bonus.

âWe only stayed the 1 night but would love to head back and explore. The outdoor areas are vast, great for the kids to run around and absolutely stunning view over the creek from a really comfortable viewing deck which we sat with a beer and watched the sunset.
We briefly walked down to the creek and used the properties kayaks which we loved.
