“Very clean place”

“We got there an hour before check-in and our room was not ready until an hour after check-in.”

“The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. The lady making the omelettes had a gift for making them but was not the friendliest. The pool was beautiful but the water was very mucky and needed a good cleaning. Same with the whirlpool. They did seem better on Monday but over the weekend the same eyelashes and Band-Aids were laying by the pool day after day. Our room was spacious. We had an issue with the air conditioner, not working, but we’re able to get a hold of somebody to correct...

“The breakfast staff was nice. I had just stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn in New Jersey and was blown away by it. This hotel was a significant let down from the one in Jersey. Room was super small, and despite my Hilton Honors there were zero amenities. There weren’t even glasses in the room to drink from. Not even paper ones! While it was just average, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet and clean. I will not stay there again however.”
