"Trädgården är fantastisk. Väl underhållen och känns som att man är mitt i djungeln. De flesta i personalen är mycket trevliga. I synnerhet Mary (vid buffén), Abel (vid glassen och tacos), Paty och Lucero (underhållningen) samt Michele (kids club). En del var mindre trevliga, tex en äldre man vid baren i poolen som bara serverar dig drinkar om du ger honom dricks (trots att det ingår i all inclusive). Eller en i receptionen som säljer in turer som ville ha min mammas nummer och undrade flera gånger om hon var singel. Maten är helt ok. Kunde vara mer varierad. A la carte restaurangen är också helt ok men ena kvällen kan den vara av hög kvalitet och nästa kväll väldigt medioker. Antar att de har olika kockar. Tacos på kvällen är mycket bra. Stranden är fin i synnerhet på vintern. På sommaren är det mycket tång och svårt att bada. Rummen är fina men ganska lyhörda. Underhållningen är varierad och bra. Vore bra med mer mexikanskt. Mexikanska kvällen med folkdans är stora höjdpunkten. Så duktiga dansare och sångerska ! Sammantaget är detta ett hotell vi skulle kunna besöka på nytt."

"The room I booked was huge with an excellent shower. The room got really humid because I left the shower door open to ”air it out” so I recommend keeping it closed at all times as it seems to stop the ventilation from working properly. Dinner buffet wasn’t as nice considering breakfast and lunch was excellent, many options and actually seasoned food where you can alter the heat level with all the extra condiments they have on the side. Never had time to try the ala carte options though. Pool side gets really crowded however the beach was pretty much empty if you go there before the afternoon. The snack bar is open 24/7 so if you happen to be hungry after partying there is no need to worry. Age bracket was very mixed, as were the types of people such as singles, couples, families etc. Amazing location as you only have to walk 3-4 minutes up the street to get to the main tourist strip, yet it was pleasantly quiet at night in the rooms. The hotel also hosts different events such as silent disco, pool activities. There is an option to book tours inside aswell but I recommend looking them up online yourselves as they are much cheaper. You had to exit the entire premises to smoke as it is totally prohibited inside which could be important to know. Either way had an amazing stay and was really happy with my choice."

"This hotel has everything. Great adventure water parks, different for all ages, lot of amenities, and loads of lifeguards making sure people are safe. On the evenings there is some nice activity in the area too. And during the days, the Paw Patrol figures are there for free footage with the family, and other great activities during the day too. Just make sure to look on the schedule and decide for what you want to do. Room is very nice and clean, and as our youngest had his birthday just a few days before we arrived, we got a nice banner on the door with "Happy Birthday" message. Always staff nearby to help. Restaurants are great, our being the burger restaurant the favorite. The waiter recommended a lot of great dishes through the visits, and the food never disappointed."

"We had a great stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise in Playa del Carmen while traveling with our two young children (3 and 5 years old). The resort is beautiful, family-friendly, and offers plenty of pools, activities, and good dining options. Our room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. During our trip, my partner unfortunately became ill and needed to go to the hospital. We want to give a very special thank you to the concierge, Lisandro, who helped us tremendously during this stressful situation. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and helped organize everything we needed. His assistance made a difficult situation much easier for our family. We would also like to thank the entire staff at the resort for their kindness and professionalism during our stay. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, and they truly contributed to making our stay a positive experience. For us, this was a 5 out of 5 stay."

"Mycket trevligt hotell med oerhört mycket att erbjuda inom mat och aktiviteter. Om jag ska nämna något negativt så var det väl täckningen på wi-fi och den interaktiva kartan i deras app. Det gjorde det lite svårt att navigera runt i detta stora hotellkomplex."
