“Nice resort with very friendly & helpful staff. We had a medical situation & Samuel helped us which we greatly appreciated. Everyone was super friendly & eager to make sure we had an enjoyable vacation. The grounds are pretty but the pools were in need of cleaning. “The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on.
